Cozy, quietly located apartment on the 2nd floor, with courtyard and use of our Mediterranean-style garden. The apartment is located near the city center of Wachenheim, with small restaurants and wineries, surrounded by gardens on the way to the Wachtenburg ruins, which offer a magnificent view. The accommodation is suitable for a longer stay and for couples who love peace and nature. Available on request: pick-up service from the train station. Cycling and walking trails allow you to explore the "Tuscany of the Palatinate."

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures. It has a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave are also included in the amenities. There are two bedrooms : 1st bed 180 cm x 200 cm, 2nd bed 180 cm x 200 cm 3rd bed: 140 cm x 200 cm. The sofa bed is 140 cm x 220 cm. The bathroom with bathtub and floor-to-ceiling shower has a washing machine and clothes rack.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic vacation. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

Stay in a lovingly restored and insulated loft apartment of a former vineyard in the heart of Forst directly opposite the church (the church tower bells are deactivated at night). The quiet courtyard location guarantees you a relaxing vacation and the MoD (Mobility on Demand) stop located directly in front of the house takes you safely to all wine locations from Leistadt in the north to Maikammer in the south.

Upon your arrival, freshly made beds await you - fresh towels are also ready for you. The apartment was completely newly renovated and refurbished in 2018 (new bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, etc.). Our apartment with approximately 100 m² is particularly suitable for families /couples and business travelers. Thanks to the excellent connection to the A650 highway, you can reach Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim or Heidelberg in a few minutes by car.

In our apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy stay in a feel-good atmosphere. It was completed in 2021 and offers an open-plan living area with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The 34 m², bright apartment is south-facing. All windows face the green inner courtyard and provide plenty of light. Elke and Stephan live on the property and run the Stephan Schäfer carpentry shop.
