Cozy one-story house with a bedroom/closet, bathroom, living room and integrated kitchen + garage and garden. Cantinho do Andy is located in Fazenda, an essentially residential neighborhood. The house is fully equipped, with access to Wi-Fi, SPLIT AIR-CONDITIONING, an equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a queen-size sofa bed, among other basic utilities.
