Rustic-chic Cabin on Skagit River

AudreyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The cabin is cozy and inviting with great atmosphere. The bed was comfortable. It was a great launching spot for North Cascades National Park. It was warm and cozy inside and the deck was perfect to enjoy the river sounds. The cabin sits right up against the river, but the forest blocks the view. If you move around a bit, you can catch Mount Baker hiding in all her glory. Overall, it was a lovely 3 days away.

The Little Brown House

We only stayed for one night, but we truly wish we had booked a longer stay — this place was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The space was beautifully put together, clean, and had a calm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax right away. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and you can tell the hosts really care about creating a great experience. It was the perfect little escape, and we’ll absolutely be looking to come back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend!

Luna's A-Frame - River & Spa

KristinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is a tucked away, private, peaceful location. Beautiful river! This home has a wonderful deck with a hot tub/ cold plunge combo and sauna. There's grilling, a partial kitchen, places to relax on the deck, by the river, near the fire pit or just lounging on the couch. The gravel private drive way is very steep-- you'll want a good car & brakes. There's a couple neighbors, but far away and separated by fence, so there's very little interference. It was such a serene stay and was 10 min from town if I needed to run in for a snack or anything else. Very close to many hikes and we got to take advantage of that fact. What a beautiful stay! The stairs are no joke! My elderly dog couldn't make it to the loft but he was cozy in his dog bed below. He was able to traverse the steep river stairs for a dip in the river.

Skagit Riverhouse Retreat- Dogs welcome, Hot Tub

JacquelineRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I loved this place and it was a great retreat after hiking all day in the North Cascades and is so close to the entrance of park. It was very peaceful having my morning coffee or sitting in the hot tub while watching the river flow by. The house is right off the road but the noise didn't bother us at all. My husband and I were very comfortable in the house and it's nicely decorated and we had all we needed to be comfortable. There is no AC and we stayed in early June and even in the peak of afternoon we felt cool because the property is shaded. There are two restaurants nearby open for lunch and dinner so we made breakfast in the house. I would love to come back to the Cascades for more hiking and would absolutely pick this house to stay in again.
