Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rockport

This is one of the most wonderful set-up airbnbs I've stayed at. Joyce thoughtfully provides all of the key items needed, plus extra fun amenities such as local magazines and well-chosen books for the location. A very clean apartment, with a lovely view of the marsh and walking distance to the beach. Joyce was proactive to check-in with us to make sure we had what we needed.

Kevin's place was great! By far the best Airbnb I've stayed in. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. 10/10 would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

We had a great stay! The space was nice, clean, and very quiet. Parking was convenient, and the location was fantastic— since it was just a short drive the Crane Estate (where we attended a wedding). Communication with the host was great—we received quick and helpful responses. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place in a great area!

We LOVED our stay at the Creaky Cauldron! It was everything and more than we hoped it would be, invoking the magic of Harry Potter that my daughters grew up with. Zahra and Hannah have put so much love and attention into every detail. Each day we were discovering new elements to enjoy. The apartment is absolutely unique and delightful in every way. For comfort features - gorgeous shower with the big rain shower head, the softest and coziest sheets for the beds, delicious coffees provided, and games and movies that we enjoyed in the evenings. Very easy walk into the village where all the action in happening in Salem. On a personal note, I felt at home from the moment I stepped in. I love older buildings, antiques, color, and all the fabulous personal touches that Zahra and Hannah have put into their AirBnb. I would stay again in a heartbeat. In fact, I really did not want to leave - ever! Thank you Zahra and Hannah for making my first visit to Salem extra special!

Great location! Make sure you have the correct address w Glouster connected to it. 😂 We ended up in a neighboring area w the same address, just different town. Asa was very responsive to get us headed in the right direction. There are quite a few stairs. So if that is a concern for you do not book this location. But Glouster is an excellent area to visit & we highly recommend this rental.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful decor with high-quality furnishings & housewares. Ocean views were truly fabulous. Early morning coffee on the deck watching fishing boats go out was so peaceful. Kitchen well stocked with every spice you'd need from Whole Foods. Teas too. Has whatever you'll need- can't say enough- just bring clothes & groceries. You won't be disappointed. Easy to see why this is top rated!! Regarding the lay out: there are around 15 stairs from the basement level which has a nice entry way & laundry room. Main floor has a bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom on main level is walk in shower perfect if traveling with elderly. Upper floor has primary bedroom with King and amazing views as pictured. Also room with 2 twins and full bath. Perfect place. Would rent again if in the area!

This was the perfect home to host us as we got ready for my sister's wedding in Gloucester. It was close enough to all of the activities we had planned, and large enough to host a large bridal party as we got ready. I loved that Patrick sent clear and informative instructions before our arrival. That made check-in a breeze. The driveway was a bit treacherous, but that's no ones fault! We didn't get to spend much time at the house, since most of our stay was spent running around. It was a beautiful home, in a very quiet neighborhood. Luckily, we didn't need to reach out to Patrick at all during our stay since everything went smoothly, and again he covered everything ahead of time. He provided everything we needed to follow his check-out instructions efficiently. It was a bit expensive for just a couple of nights, but it was a very spacious and accommodating home.

Beautiful home with water views, amazing location to walk or drive into Portsmouth or the outlets in Kittery.

Property was just as pictured, which I find extremely important. This spot is off the beaten path and quiet with a nice little walking bridge for a stroll. Close enough by car, to all the attractions of Glouchester when your ready to get out and about.

Very comfortable place for my family to spend a long weekend! Excellent space, very clean and private and well furnished. We enjoyed making and sharing meals, relaxing in the common areas, and walking to the beach and into town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Kat is far and away the best host I've ever met. She gave us full tour of her home, and recommended many local shops and restaurants. She provided snacks, breakfast groceries, toiletries, beach towels and chairs, and more. It felt like more like we were visiting a family member's home than renting an airbnb. Her home is beautiful. The mattresses are comfy and she offers different types of sheets/blankets for whatever kind of sleeper you may be. She has a full kitchen with appliances/cookware. As the listing says, certain cars may have a hard time with parking. We rented a Rav 4 and it was a bit tight but we didn't have a problem. Anything larger than a Rav 4 would probably be incompatible with the narrow driveway. If I could rate our experience over a 5/5, I would.

Beautiful place just a one minute ride to the Rockport Golf Club where my daughter was getting married. We had plenty of room for all six of us. A nice big kitchen with a very large center island so we could share many meals and prepare food and platters for the wedding. The living room has a lovely gas fireplace and we had many cozy evenings there as we destressed from all the wedding festivities. We spent quite a lot of time outdoors, walking down to the ocean and sitting on the deck, watching the stars. October is a lovely time to visit Rockport. Less traffic, pretty autumn colors, no big crowds at restaurants so short wait for tables. If we needed to come back for another event, I would choose this home again. *for those with back issues- all of the beds were cozy but not supportive and very soft.

Wonderful stay. Wide open spaces downstairs and great bedrooms upstairs. Super clean with lots of amenities. Judy was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this space if you are staying anywhere near Rockport. Do not hesitate with this wonderful home and host. We would 100% stay again.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Spotless and well kept with modern amenities. Chris is a great communicator…never waited more than a few minutes for a response. All in all a great stay. Thanks, Chris!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

We loved the proximity to the downtown area. Home was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Home itself was a nice blend of modern features and old world charm.

Marblehead was a perfect fit for us. Dog friendly, quaint cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful area full of history and wonderful water views. This old Victorian house was charming, fully stocked with everything you’d have at home, comfortable furniture, and even special treats and drinks to enjoy.

Had a wonderful one night stay at Bryan’s place while visiting family. Home was extremely clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The provided snack basket/water was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

This place was a gem - so clean & with a great location. It was also fully stocked which made it very easy to cook and the dishwasher was honestly one of the best we’ve ever used. Would recommend and honestly will stay again if returning!

This AirBnB was perfect for the six of us in town for a wedding. Not only was it clean, but having access to the kitchen and two full bathrooms was incredibly helpful. Interior was beautifully decorated and well maintained without feeling too stuffy or sterile. Very cozy and felt at home while traveling. Even though we had to take a few flights of stairs to access, it didn’t feel like a burden. Host was extremely communicative and helpful the whole weekend. Even though it is a condo, you feel like it is truly a private residence the whole time.
