Superb cozy cottage in an ideal location. Very clean and exactly as advertised. Will book again without hesitation.

Property was just as pictured, which I find extremely important. This spot is off the beaten path and quiet with a nice little walking bridge for a stroll. Close enough by car, to all the attractions of Glouchester when your ready to get out and about.

The reserved parking place at the church really made a difference. It was nice being able to walk to the Beauport Hotel and downtown waterfront Gloucester.

Very comfortable place for my family to spend a long weekend! Excellent space, very clean and private and well furnished. We enjoyed making and sharing meals, relaxing in the common areas, and walking to the beach and into town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sue's place is a find. It is lovely and comfortable inside with a terrific view of sunsets over the water. It was necessary for me to do some work while visiting and the WiFi was strong and reliable. The location is ideal: just a brief walk away from Plum Cove Beach and Lane's Cove and a short drive to Halibut Point State Park, Gloucester, and Rockport. Sue is a warm, welcoming host who strikes the perfect balance between being solicitous of and responsive to guest needs and interests and being respectful of guest privacy. I hope to return to Sue's place and highly recommend it to other travelers.

our stay here was lovely. ellen and rusty were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us park. the space itself is cozy and clean. a treehouse indeed, up a bunch of stairs and surrounded by lovely oaks! ellen was an excellent communicator. she was flexible with our checkout as no one was following us and our first day was totally rained out. the location is lovely; a nearby beach and just under a mile walk to downtown. would recommend!

Cozy & comfortable house & convenient location for our visit to Gloucester for family wedding. Loved that it was walkable to market for coffee or lunch AND the beach. Weather not great while we were there but lots of games, puzzles, etc in the house to keep us entertained. Diane was very attentive, offered early check-in which we took advantage of. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful decor with high-quality furnishings & housewares. Ocean views were truly fabulous. Early morning coffee on the deck watching fishing boats go out was so peaceful. Kitchen well stocked with every spice you'd need from Whole Foods. Teas too. Has whatever you'll need- can't say enough- just bring clothes & groceries. You won't be disappointed. Easy to see why this is top rated!! Regarding the lay out: there are around 15 stairs from the basement level which has a nice entry way & laundry room. Main floor has a bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom on main level is walk in shower perfect if traveling with elderly. Upper floor has primary bedroom with King and amazing views as pictured. Also room with 2 twins and full bath. Perfect place. Would rent again if in the area!

Great location to getaway. Short walk to two different beaches as well as parking pass for great neck beach. Lots of room for two people to spread out. Lots of games to play. Living room was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy check-in and checkout

This was the perfect home to host us as we got ready for my sister's wedding in Gloucester. It was close enough to all of the activities we had planned, and large enough to host a large bridal party as we got ready. I loved that Patrick sent clear and informative instructions before our arrival. That made check-in a breeze. The driveway was a bit treacherous, but that's no ones fault! We didn't get to spend much time at the house, since most of our stay was spent running around. It was a beautiful home, in a very quiet neighborhood. Luckily, we didn't need to reach out to Patrick at all during our stay since everything went smoothly, and again he covered everything ahead of time. He provided everything we needed to follow his check-out instructions efficiently. It was a bit expensive for just a couple of nights, but it was a very spacious and accommodating home.

Kat is far and away the best host I've ever met. She gave us full tour of her home, and recommended many local shops and restaurants. She provided snacks, breakfast groceries, toiletries, beach towels and chairs, and more. It felt like more like we were visiting a family member's home than renting an airbnb. Her home is beautiful. The mattresses are comfy and she offers different types of sheets/blankets for whatever kind of sleeper you may be. She has a full kitchen with appliances/cookware. As the listing says, certain cars may have a hard time with parking. We rented a Rav 4 and it was a bit tight but we didn't have a problem. Anything larger than a Rav 4 would probably be incompatible with the narrow driveway. If I could rate our experience over a 5/5, I would.

Beautiful place just a one minute ride to the Rockport Golf Club where my daughter was getting married. We had plenty of room for all six of us. A nice big kitchen with a very large center island so we could share many meals and prepare food and platters for the wedding. The living room has a lovely gas fireplace and we had many cozy evenings there as we destressed from all the wedding festivities. We spent quite a lot of time outdoors, walking down to the ocean and sitting on the deck, watching the stars. October is a lovely time to visit Rockport. Less traffic, pretty autumn colors, no big crowds at restaurants so short wait for tables. If we needed to come back for another event, I would choose this home again. *for those with back issues- all of the beds were cozy but not supportive and very soft.

We stayed at Katie’s home over a weekend to celebrate my sisters upcoming marriage. Ever person spent the weekend gushing about how adorable this place was. It was full of charm and we LOVED it. We had a bonfire, walked to the beach, and loved having an outdoor space to hang out. Katie was wonderful and responsive! She was so kind and flexible. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.

Wonderful stay. Wide open spaces downstairs and great bedrooms upstairs. Super clean with lots of amenities. Judy was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this space if you are staying anywhere near Rockport. Do not hesitate with this wonderful home and host. We would 100% stay again.

Beautiful spacious home, tucked away by in quiet cove. The home was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant.

Smokey pines is the perfect getaway. It's private, secluded yet close to the towns and people we want to visit. It feels homey and comfortable and has all the amenities required. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I loved Skye's place. It was very private with a great view of the river and a nice sunset. Lots of different sea birds including a family of geese that had just hatched. Skye's place was very well equipped with all the little conveniences we would normally supply ourselves from coffee and creamer to ice in the freezer. The location was perfect for us, because the focus of our trip was shopping. Less than ten minutes from the outlet stores We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

This was our second time at David’s cottage and once again all was great! A very peaceful and comfortable location. It is a great jumping-off spot to the area, very close to the town beach and a lobster pound! The cottage is well-stocked and very clean. We were very happy to stay there!

Extremely clean lake house with stunning views and all the comforts of home. Many sweet touches throughout the three bedroom house and fully appointed kitchen. Wishing we had more time to stay, relax, and enjoy the water, but would highly recommend this Air B&B! PS. I appreciated the railings along the steps down to the house, having had a recent knee replacement.

We absolutely loved staying here for the weekend! This place is even more gorgeous in person, the views are top notch! We loved the little walk down to the beach even though it was a bit chilly the weekend we visited. We will absolutely stay here again!!

We had an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear our host had gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect close to the beach, yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was fantastic with communication, providing clear check-in instructions and local recommendations that made our experience even better. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and would love to return in the future.

Didn't want to leave!!! The house was beautiful and I loved the beachy style. It was tastefully decorated. The furnishings were so comfy. I felt right at home. The pool was perfect. I hope to visit again in the future! Thank you for everything!
