Two decks from off the master bedroom ( both with views of mountain) with a king size bed and a meditation room that has a futon sleeper. A sleeping loft on third floor if needed. A bedroom on first floor with a queen. The huge finished basement has a partitioned queen bedroom, a complete gym and exercise area and sleeper sofa. So there is one king. Two queens and a fold out double, a futon and a couch.

The unit is located in a 7-room house NOT occupied by the owners. Entry is through a common door next to the parking spot. Apartment entrance is at the top of the second floor and secured with a keyless lock. You have the entire third floor to yourselves. There is a well-stocked, full kitchen/TV room either four power recliners and balcony overlooking the Kennebec River. The bedroom has a queen bed with second TV and spacious, tiled bathroom.
