Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. The historic Lewis M. Fisher house has been recently salvaged and restored with a bit of modernization. This is the perfect venue for family gatherings, or even as a long term rental! We are centrally located between downtown Davenport and The Village, and across the street from The Renwick Mansion, with views of the Mississippi River Full home available! Includes 2 king bed suites, 4 full sized beds, pull out bed, futon, washer/dryer. Street parking. *No driveway, please note lots of STAIRS*

The Deerbrook House

Coming soon! This centrally located home in Bettendorf, Iowa is minutes away from the Mississippi river via bike trail and an eight minute drive to the Bettendorf sports complex . If you’re coming into town with 14 to 16 family members or friends, this will make it an easy stay. We have a game room in the basement with a basketball court, hot tub, two fire pits, a putting Green, 20’x 8’ covered outdoor bar and grill and seating for 30 outside. There’s also a three person infrared sauna.

The complete remodel kept just enough history to make it even more interesting. The 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home boasts 2 living rooms, 50’ deck with sunken hot tub, a game room and full office with a view! The back yard Is equipped with a gas and a wood burning fire pit over looking the River and the bocce court.
