"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

La Petite Bret Guest House

Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

The omnipresence of water, heated swimming pool (open from 06/15 to 09/15) (pond, river, washhouse...) will mark your stay in depth. The area is ideal for families (with kids) and groups. 35 m2 cottage with 140 cm double bed and sofa convertible to 160 cm or 2 x 80 cm. In the heart of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, quiet and close to buses and tram. Historic center of Tours nearby (25-minute walk or 5-minute tram ride) No extra cleaning fee. We trust our guests to respect the premises and leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Non-smoking accommodation, ashtray available in the garden.

Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels. You're in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
