Vacation rentals with beach access in Roche Caiman

Our second time to Eden Island and Jo’s place was perfect for us. It’s right across the way from our favorite secret pool. Highly recommend!

We’ve been upgraded to Sarah’s Maison since the primary accommodation was still under renovation. Everything was great and as described by Sarah. The whole house was like a dream and definitely exceeded our expectations. There were few spots like the bathroom mirrors, the kitchen sink, and the appliances drawer in the kitchen which were not cleaned and they were stained but it was not something that bothered us that much. All in all, it was a fabulous experience!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Eden Island Anlage und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Wasser. Sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Georges war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell erreichbar. Das zur Wohnung gehörende Golfcart macht es leicht zur Rezeption oder zu einem Restaurant und zurück zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Wir kommen wieder.

We love Eden Island and have stayed at or two properties. What we liked about David’s place was that it gives you a bit more space than the 2 bed, with its lovely wrap around balcony. Thank you!

Het appartement bevindt zich op een veilig, groots opgezet, goed onderhouden en schoon resort met veel faciliteiten die we helaas niet allemaal hebben kunnen gebruiken. Het bevat onder andere: diverse zwembaden, oogverblindende strandjes, diverse sportfaciliteiten en het gehele park is autoloos. Ronan heeft voor zijn appartement en golfkarretjes beschikbaar die wel op het terrein rijden en een bewaakte parkeerplaats voor een auto. Contact met hem is vriendelijk, reageert snel en heeft ons een e-mail gestuurd met enkele goede adviezen voor het bezoeken van mooie plekken en restaurantjes met Creoolse gerechten. Ook voor het bezoeken van de Seychellen zijn wat adviezen gegeven over de benodigde visa en verklaringen (allemaal online en eenvoudig uit te voeren). Tijdens ons verblijf was hij ook bereikbaar middels diverse mogelijkheden.

Everything was perfect. The place is nice, cosy and very well located on the Eden Island. Our "corner" was hidden and surrounded by plants, while beach was right there. The host was highly responsive and kind. The apartment is very well equipped. We had a really great time and look forward to return back soon.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! Everything was exactly as described – spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It was also quiet and peaceful in the evenings, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responded quickly to any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we hope to come back someday!

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft in jeder Hinsicht. Genialer Ausgangspunkt, um die schöne Insel zu erkunden. Gleich in der Nachbarschaft befindet sich einer der schönsten Stände der Insel überhaupt (Sunset Beach). Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Erwähnenswert ist die grosse Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. 3 Badezimmer gibt es auch nicht so oft. Und dann natürlich die Topbetreuung seitens Christophe, seiner Mutter Mary und Bruder Gian. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu euch!

Fantastic stay! Nice pool to cool off in! Golf Cart to go to Eden Plaza! Beautiful snorkeling and 2 kayaks to paddle around! Would definitely recommend for a great stay!

Huset på Eden Island var fantastisk fint och levde upp till alla förväntningar och mer därtill. Vår host, Irene, var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och var alltid snabb med att svara på våra frågor. Boendet rekommenderas starkt :)

The whole island is trully Eden. Tranquile surrounding, lovely gardens all arround the villas. Upon arrival you are provided with a cart, no cars allowed in the resort, which only adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is very spacious, well equipped, with excellent terrace overlooking the water. Check in and out was easy and Tina made evrything smoothly and efficiently. We would deffinitelly love to come back one day.

Ein Traum auf den Seychellen! Unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft auf den Seychellen war einfach spektakulär! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der Größe der Unterkunft – selbst für unsere vierköpfige Familie war mehr als genug Platz vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Aber das absolute Highlight war die Lage: direkt am Meer zu sein und jeden Morgen mit diesem unglaublichen Ausblick aufzuwachen, war einfach unvergesslich. Man konnte das Rauschen der Wellen hören und die frische Meeresbrise genießen – pure Entspannung! Vielen Dank an den Manager vor Ort, Ronny. Er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch an einem Abend ein sehr leckeres Abendessen bereitet. Direkt an der Unterkunft kann man über einen Weg an den Felsen zu einem Strand gelangen. Etwas einfacher ist es über die Straße. Für Kinder ist der nah gelegene Beau Vallon Strand aber besser. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Thank you so much 🩵! Marcella is a wonderful host and inspiring person working a lot for church. The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. I recommend highly. thank you Edmund and team 💙

We had an amazing time at Villa Rousseau! Alison was helpful, kind and welcoming and Vanessa went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! We rented a car (with Alison’s help) and it was delivered directly to the Villa. We would highly recommend this stay!

Andy is an absolute angel! So helpful with car hire, places to go, restaurants to try etc. He went above and beyond our expectations of a host. Due to the flooding in Dubai our flights were cancelled, we were turned away at the airport with no help. Andy came to our rescue as luckily he had availability, he brought us provisions and collected a takeaway for us that night. He even managed to have another car delivered to us the next day. We (2 adults/ 2 children) feel like Aran Apartments is our second home and that Andy is part of our family!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

Heureusement que Shirley avait tout bien expliqué et même organisé la location de la voiture, tout c’es bien passé, nous avions le loueur dans l’aéroport quand nous avons atteri, il nous ont même aidé pour avoir notre Simcard local, mais les indications routière sont une catastrophe aux Seychelles! Par contre le panneau de Beau Bassin se voyait très bien! Shirley nous accueillait chaleureusement et nous expliquait bien tout. Dans la pièce un distributeur d’eau potable avec l’eau chaude ett l’eau froide, renouvellé des qu’élle était vers la fin un grand frigo et freezer dans la chambre. si quelque chose nous manquait, une fois demandé quelques heures plus tard on nous l’apportait. vraiment un excellent service . Nous demandions si il y avaient des cocotiers pour nos œufs le matin 1 heure après ils se trouvaient dans nos placards. Il ya pour chaque appart un étendoir et la possibilité d’utiliser gratuitement la machine à laver. Le seul petit problème la plomberie à réparer !
