Our location is 700 meters by car to the beach, 250 meters as the crow flies. 2.5 km to the city center, 12 km to Rize Airport, 90 km to Trabzon Airport. Easy access to Ayder, Zilkale, Çat and the springs in the region is provided. A tour program can be easily made during the day and a return home can be provided. The entire building and garden seen in the photo belong to our guests. The minimum stay is 5 days, excluding interim dates.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever been! Everything is very clean, the furniture has a good quality. There is the great view on tea plantation! Ms Derya is very supportive and humble. All our requests were appreciated and we felt like home. If I be in this region one more time, I’ll try to stay here! I strongly recommend to choose this option for families!

Отличная квартира, с отличным видом. Приятные хозяева, которые помогли заселиться и все показали. В квартире есть все необходимое, стиральный порошок для вещей, гель для посудомоечный машины. Все прошло отлично. В спальных комнатах нет кондиционера, приходится спать с открытом окном, поэтому нужно брать с собой затычки для ушей, с открытом окном есть шум с дороги. Мы нашли лайфхак, перенесли матрац со спальни в большой зал, и спали под звуки волн моря. Спалось очень сладко.

Mayıs ayında karadeniz gezimiz için rizede bungalovda kalmayi tercih ettik. bungalov çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Eşim titizlik hastasi olmasina ragmen hicbir sorun yaşamadık. Doğayla iç içe rizeden beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladık. Ulaşım çok kolaydı ve yolları yeniydi. herkese tavsiye ederim.

كوخ رائع بإطلالة مباشرة وخلابة على النهر، مثالي للباحثين عن الخصوصية والهدوء وسط أجواء طبيعية ساحرة. المنطقة آمنة وأهلها ودودين جداً ومرحبين، ويوجد مطعم قريب على بُعد 5 دقائق مشي، ومسجد وسوبرماركت في حدود 7 دقائق. الكوخ نظيف جداً، والديكور الداخلي أنيق ومتناسق بشكل يبعث على الراحة – فعلاً صاحب المكان أبدع في اختيار التفاصيل، وكل زاوية فيه تشع بذوق واهتمام. من أجمل المفاجآت أنه يتم تقديم وجبة فطور مجانية يومياً، بسيطة ولذيذة، وتضيف لمسة كرم واهتمام تُقدَّر كثيراً. رغم عدم توفر فرن أو مايكرويف أو أدوات طبخ، إلا أن راحة المكان، إطلالته، وأجواؤه الجميلة تعوّض ذلك وأكثر. المضيف متجاوب جداً ومتعاون، والأخ بكيل المسؤول عن الأكواخ في قمة الأدب والشهامة، دائماً حاضر ويلبّي أي طلب بكل رحابة صدر. الموقع يبعد فقط نصف ساعة عن مرتفعات آيدر، والطريق إليه سهل ومليء بالمطاعم والكافيهات، كما توجد محطة بنزين قريبة. شكراً من القلب للمضيف الكريم، وللأخ بكيل على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة. كانت تجربة مريحة ومميزة، وأنصح بها بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الهدوء والجمال في مكان واحد

Yusuf bey ve eşi ilk andan itibaren güler yüzlü ve çok ilgililerdi. Çay hazırlığı yapmaları ve küçük ikramlıkları ile karşılamaları bizleri çok mutlu etti ☺️ Evdeki her kullanım alanı çok temiz ve düzenliydi. İhtiyaç duyulan araçlar evde mevcuttu. Yatak odaları ve oturma alanı ferah ve konforluydu. Ağaran şelalesine yürüme mesafesinde olması nedeniyle doğa yürüyüşü yapma fırsatı da bulduk. Evin 3 tarafı şelale, vadi ve deniz olmak üzere farklı muhteşem manzaralara sahipti. Çay bahçelerinin içinde yer alan bu evde kuş sesleri, bol oksijen ile harika doğa deneyimi yaşayabilirsiniz🍃 Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyorum 😌 Güvenli ve konforlu bu deneyimi herkesin yaşamasını tavsiye ediyorum.
