Easy access to Ayder, Zilkale, Çat and the springs in the region is provided. A tour program can be easily made during the day and a return home can be provided. The entire building and garden seen in the photo belong to our guests. The minimum stay is 5 days, excluding interim dates.

A peaceful quiet environment in touch with nature. It scared the roads out at night, but there will be no problem if you leave during the day. It was a clean and tidy house. That tiny balcony, the view is indescribable . Thanks for everything.

Hello, I am Salman. We came as a family of 5 people. The place is very beautiful, but the problem is the road and access to it is a little difficult, but on the other hand, it is fun to bring your whole family, go to the supermarket and get all your things and sit for two days to relax and change the atmosphere. It is very quiet, but there is only one problem, which is the Internet was very weak, even the mobile network, you have to go outside to work

Mr, Fatih is so friendly and helpful. Apartment is so clean. Location is amazing you can from balcony Tea Farms and also black Sea. His parent's are so friendly and we feel with rhem like in our home. everything was exceptional 👌 I recommend to stay in Fatih apartment and for me definitely stay with them again.

We were very happy with our stay. It is a very good location, right next to the Fırtına Stream, and since the house has many windows, you can see a magnificent forest view from every window. The house was very clean and tidy. The hosts were very sweet people, we were very pleased to meet them. They met our needs immediately and communication was very easy. If we come to this area again, we would prefer to stay here again and recommend it to everyone
