Podere Vergianoni is an ancient family-run property from the 1600s located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of arranging a private shuttle and local experiences directly with our family. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The terrace overlooking the sea🌊is a small apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather👴🏻, located in the picturesque port of Riomaggiore. The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.
