An artistic, loft-style cottage perfectly located beside world class fishing on Lake Winnipeg at beautiful Sunset Beach! 3 minutes to ice/beach access - sled from the driveway, room for trailer parking! Big bright windows, wood-burning fireplace (firewood on-site), ping pong, pellet BBQ, large screened room. Starlink Wifi and big TV to hook laptop to (no cable). The cottage is nicely tucked into the forest. 1 bedroom with a queen, 2 double beds and a double futon in open format loft.

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Come, enjoy country living in our cozy guest suite nestled among oak and aspen trees. The guesthouse is attached to our main house but is completely self-contained with its own entrance. A short walk leads you to our vegetable/flower garden which you are welcome to explore.
