Distant 100 m from the cottage, you have the proper distance for peace in the middle of the countryside and the shade of trees, visited by birds that sing every morning. The house has a unique design by the architect Janer Caterpillar, and has large stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, as well as on the second floor, where the insulation is given by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or WiFi, the idea is to expand the natural coexistence

Centrally located house to enjoy excellent days! Very comfortable to relax, safe and with illuminated environments. Close to shopping area and restaurants. A few blocks from Supermarket. It has high speed WIFI for free use, air conditioning, cable TV, dining room with wood stove, full kitchen and outdoor grill. Bedrooms with bedrooms and double beds, 1 full bathroom with gas shower and another outside located in laundry room. Individual garage for two vehicles.

Home close to everything

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet, central home. The house is like a single room but with everything you need for your stay. The house has a microwave to heat the food but not with a kitchen (appliance), we can give you phones from food places and keep in mind that it is a city where you eat very cheaply. It is also very close to the Shopping where they have various amenities. It says for 2 people but you can provide 1 1 square mattress.
