Relax and unwind in this stylish guesthouse (called Bellezelles), located in the rural village of Ellezelles. Perfect base in Pays Des Collines and ideal for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. The cottage and swimming pool are located in our garden, overlooking the hills and our farm animals. The swimming pool is heated during the season (depending on weather conditions from May/June to September). Out of season, the swimming pool is accessible to the polar bears!

Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).

It consists of a living room with a sitting area with fireplace, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven... shower room and toilet. Separate floor into two large bedrooms each with a double bed 160 and a single bed, a landing bedroom with a single bed. A family pool to share with the owners is at 27° … heated all year round,the sauna and hot tub will be there for a relaxation of body and mind.

L'appartement se situe au 1er étage au centre du village proche du complexe aquaclub, des animations, restaurants et magazin d'alimentation. L'Appartement est entièrement équipé donnant sur 1 balcon au dessus du Lac et un autre balcon dans la chambre donnant lui aussi sur le Lac.
