I really enjoyed staying at Fred's place and was lucky to be able to stay an extra night. The cottage was very comfortable and in a quiet area. Easy to find with Eircode and Google maps. I would happily stay again

We loved our stay here - we will be back! We took our 10 month old and everything was provided that we needed which was so helpful! If you are travelling with kids in the summer, bring black out blinds with you! The floor-to-ceiling windows are GORGEOUS but our little one was up early. We will still bring her back though - it was worth it!

A beautifully designed small house with wonderful character! The space was so welcoming and cozy, the animals charming and Robert was very accommodating and fun to talk to! We are inspired to build a tiny home of our own, borrowing from some of his excellent ideas…. The cabinet bed, underfloor heating, compact and well-designed kitchen, indirect lighting…. Spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water too. A great stay.

Lucy is the best host I’ve met since I Started with Airbnb in 2013. She offered so much of her valuable local expertise, her home and her baked goods! She met us at the gate upon arrival and was always available to us. I love her farmhouse home: Rustic, smart, green, clean and filled with so many homey touches and cozy accountrements. The gardens and hot houses are bursting with life and some delicious fruits and veggies are available off the bush. A one of kind gem if you like nature and rustic living. Airbnb should feature this home as a prime example of the best types of experiences available on their platform.

If you want to enjoy peaceful time and space in an emerald oasis, you have found it here. My spouse, friends and I felt right at home and enchanted by the landscape and accommodations. We each had a separate bedroom, beautifully appointed and comfortable beds. The kitchen and family room were our gathering spaces for connection and conversation. On the "wet rain" day, we enjoyed a movie from the hundreds available and offered by the host. Nick generously offered laundry facilities, tennis equipment, a trampoline and gorgeous walking trails. I highly recommend this welcoming opportunity for your travels.

What an absolutely beautiful stay! The house is beautiful and on so much stunning land. John personally came down and gave us a little map with all the paths we could walk on the land which was so helpful. It was a good HQ point as we went on a lot of day trips and I could not recommend this cottage more! Can’t wait to come back!

This place was an absolute gem on our trip around Ireland! It gave us the feeling of being in old Ireland and was so cozy and inviting! Couldn’t have been happier with this place! The area was private and was still close enough to things to do in the surrounding areas! The Host was amazing to top it all off!

Charming cottage in the beautiful countryside. Conveniently close to Killarney and the Gap of Dunloe, but in a quiet, peaceful area. It was a nice change of pace after Dublin. The house had everything we needed. We would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely come back.

Beautiful location, stunning views whilst feeling completely removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life .. couldn't recommend this place enough, the layout is fantastic, loads of room to enjoy nature in comfort, we were there literally 30mins sitting admiring the scenery when a baby deer came running close to the cabin and spent some time munching away 😅, honestly so good for the soul.. place has absolutely everything you need, hottub is savage could have stayed in it all day 😁. 10/10 🤙🏻

Perfect accommodation to be immersed in the Irish countryside. Recommended

Andrew's country home has been sensitively updated so that not everything is brand new or 'shiny', but is clean, bright and homely, so we immediately felt relaxed - the living spaces and bedrooms are all bright and spacious, and the garden and views are all great. I stayed with my daughter, her fiance and their dog pepper as somewhere to have easy access to the wild west while they were over from the UK, and we all loved it - great value for money, and if you like being off the beaten trail, give this place a try.

the accomodation was absolutely outstanding and very private. The view was absolutely incredible, and Suzanne was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place. Very quiet and cosy but extremely well equipped and kitted for eating in and cooking. David and Martina communicated very proactively and made us feel right at home and even introduced us to their felines. Will definitely return.

This was a beautiful place to stay for a getaway ! It had everything you needed and the views from every angle were amazing! The location was ideal for a peaceful time away but also had everything we needed just a few minutes away in Foxford town and a close drive the the beautiful Enniscrone beach! Micheal was great to deal with, there if we needed anything and extremely kind and accommodating! We will absolutely be back and will recommend to friends and family ! 😊

Lovely, spacious and well equipped cottage in a beautiful part of Ireland. With the Wicklow Mountains and the Wicklow Way nearby for sightseeing and hiking, this is a great place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved everything about this place and Fiona and her sweet dog. It was our best stay in Ireland. We loved the bed, the walking distance to Donnellys and the beach, and the quietness and pretty home. Thanks for a wonderful stay Fiona!

Helen's place is an ideal countryside getaway. The cottage has everything a family of 4 can desire for. Downstairs fireplace with logs and coal provided were an added bonus. The fridge came stocked with all the necessities for making breakfast. Tea and coffee and fresh milk and juice were also provided. Would necessary consider staying again, and would bring family or friends along next time.

Everything went smoothly, the house is bursting with character and Katrina has done a brilliant job creating unique spaces in each room! Katrina was excellent to communicate with - clear, responsive and helpful! Just a few minutes down the road to the lovely village of adare with gorgeous cafes and restaurants!

We spent 5 nights in Rory's cottage and loved it. We felt right at home. The cottage is cozy, spacious and bright. It is surrounded by nature and is located in a very quiet and pleasant setting. Rory and Breda provided everything you need to cook and stay in the comfort of home: nothing was missing! and the view is breathtaking. Upon our arrival, Breda had fresh milk and scones ready for us: not everyone does that and we were very pleased to find them. Their local recommendations were very helpful. It was a very nice experience and we will definitely be back!

What a beautiful home, and it truly felt like home. The views are absolutely stunning—imagine seeing a 3,000 year old stone fort while washing dishes and the ever changing colored sea right out the front windows. Bernie is the perfect host and her communication is instant. We hope to return!

This location was exactly what i had hoped for. It is truly as serene and private as they describe, while being just a short drive to entertainment in Galway. The hosts were very nice, felt as though we were treated as family upon arrival

The cottage felt like a hug-warm and loving. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is an electric mattress pad in case you get cold. The bathroom has a modern shower, very large and soft towels with a comfort height toilet. Catherine made a delicious apple pie and some brown bread. The fridge was stocked with staples and the cottage had everything you could ever need. The gardens and outdoor seating areas are amazing. Loved listening to the birds while watching the sun rise and set. Catherine gave us lots of ideas and recommendations on what to do in the area. She is a delight and truly makes the stay here even more special. Highly recommend this place. It’s a 12 on a scale 1-10! We will definitely be back.

A hidden gem of an Airbnb, we couldn’t fault our stay, both Sean and Maura were extremely helpful and the place was clean, tidy and well equipped for our family. Moreover the location, the grounds and the gorgeous views were second to none - we hope to return for another stay in the near future!!
