Monthly Rentals in River Heads

We chose Joanne's property specifically for the location as it was close to family and we enjoyed our stay alot. The property is quirky, the views spectacular and the location peaceful. Unfortunately the weather gods were not on our side the weekend we stayed which did prove challenging, given some of the properties features. Those who stayed in the granny flat had an experience which was more like glamping. There is no way to enter the separate container, and the bathroom which is in a shed close by, without being fully exposed to the weather. Which meant dark, wet walks, across sodden grass. Whilst we were fulky aware of this setup when we booked it did impact our stay and is mentioning. The weather aside, we would definitely choose to stay again, in the hopes for finer weather. We would love to be able to fully enjoy the wonderful outdoor areas this property offers!

We had an amazing stay at this very cosy AirBnb. The place is lovingly and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We were especially touched by the attentive welcome package waiting for us on arrival. The location is perfect — an ideal base for any Fraser Island tours. Truly one of the best AirBnbs we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended!

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location was absolutely perfect for our team, with easy access to the K’Gari barges. The house met all of their needs comfortably, and David was a breeze to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be booking again in the future.
