We have a lovely stay in Barmouth! The property is wonderful, clean and in perfect location. Stephen was so friendly and helpful with suggestions. He was happy for us to bring our dog with us. I would definitely come and stay again.

The farmhouse is gorgeous in a very remote location which we love, its so pretty, the garden is well kept and the surrounding views are lovely, the singing of the birds, the buzzing of the bees and the ocassional noises from the farm life are very comforting. The garden is very private and if the weather was a little drrary you could enjoy the piggery (sunhouse). Thete was a bbq alrrady to use and even charcoal. We wete so lucky with the weather. The house was spottlessly clean with everything you needed. We would definitely visit here again. Our dogs are knackered from running atound the gatden and enjoying the surrounding walks. Would highly recommend this property you definately wont be disappointed ♥️

Centrally located to easily explore anywhere from north of Aberystwyth to south of Cardigan. High quality accommodation and a generous size for 2 people. The attention to detail and the personal touches make it stand out. Good eating options within walking distance and plenty in the nearby and vibrant village of Aberaeron.

We were two families and enjoyed bank holiday weekend break in here. The place is beautiful and peaceful and has very good views and privacy. Inside the cottage and interior beautiful and has lovely cottage charm to it. It has all you need to feel home away from home. Host is helpful, friendly and responsive. Thank you

A great lication with views of tge beach and parking fir 2 cars. So close to shopping and eateries.

An absolute favourite place to be. Mountains, estuary, seaside, walks, bike rides. Looking out over the estuary we feel like the only people there, away from the roads. Peaceful, in fact idyllic is not an exaggeration. A great place to make family memories. We had perfect blue skies and so clear at night we could see every star in the sky 😊

We had an amazing stay at this incredible property! The place was super clean and very spacious, with the added bonus of 3 toilets - a lifesaver for our group! The hot tub was absolutely amazing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Our host was super responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The extras provided were fantastic, and the fresh eggs she left for us were a lovely touch. We also appreciated the convenient washing machine and dryer, which worked perfectly. Everything was absolutely perfect. We'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Five stars!

Great place! If you're looking for a holiday home in Barmouth, this place ticks every box. The location is perfect - just on the edge of town, on a quiet road 1 back from the seafront. It's roomy and comfortable, and the bottle of bubbles in the fridge was a really lovely touch (thank you Sam!). The hot tub at the house was really hot but we also used the pool & jacuzzi at the holiday park. You must go - the views are amazing too.

We had a great stay here. A lovely little lodge with everything needed to stay in and cook or bring food back. A helpful folder of recommendations was provided, and Tracey communicated with us very well. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was lovely to be able to use the hot tub while looking out onto the lake. Great location, only 5-minute drive into the town where there is shops, bars and takeaways. Nice and close to Snowdon and Zip World, which is why we were visiting. Nice personal touches, a pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived, some chocolate and even some Welsh cakes which we tried for the first time. Definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

Emma is a very responsible lady and has guided us in needed situations without any time limitations.Sometimes it’s not just the place, it’s also important who is behind that, offering you what’s right.

I am very grateful for Carla's friendly and understanding attitude, we arrived after a midnight due to family emergency. Carla stayed up, checking on us, guided us to the place, we were met near the cabin and shown how to get in. A cabin was was tidy, clean, the heating was on, we found everything we need and had a good rest after a long drive. Thank you very much.

Absolutely stunning setting, beautiful views, scenic walk up to the stiperstones, we particularly enjoyed the dipping pool (with the sheep looking on) and the bucolic atmosphere generally. Michiala is friendly and helpful. The pod is cosy and the door opens onto amazing views of the hills.

Fabulous location for anyone looking to stay in the peaceful countryside while still able to access a beautiful town. Lovely accommodation which is really spacious.

10/10 We had a 3 night stay as a couple, amazing service provided by both mark and his wife , friendly people , recommended local restaurant which myself and my partner really enjoyed , very attentive and had lots of knowledge about the site and surrounding areas , they visited everyday to ensure we were ok and to clean the hot tub, The lodge itself is pristine, great kitchen which included everything you need as well as tea , coffee, sugar, oil all great things which you can easily forget yourself! Bed was super comfortable, great size couch, smart TV, Big shower and clean bathroom, Visited an amazing local Indian restaurant recommended by mark and his wife which was a great addition, Plenty of car parking spaces , lovely neighbours. Hot tub was definitely a highlight , always very warm and clean , the lights with the hot tub is an amazing touch and looks beautiful at night. No complaints at all , 10/10 experience and will Definatly be coming back thank you - Hannah and Barny

Couldn't have picked anywhere better

First of all the view from the Airbnb is amazing. The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. We opted for the hot tub experience and the wood fired tub did not disappoint! The property itself was extremely clean, very well looked after and perfectly as described. Ben and Kristina were great hosts, welcoming us on arrival and offering to provide anything we might need during our stay. Our dog also got to meet pumpkin (their dog) which was great! Added bonus of EV charging at the property too. Thanks a lot for a great stay, would highly recommend to anyone else!

We stayed at the luxury suite villas on the farm for three nights and absolutely loved it. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, with beautifully maintained grounds and a real sense of calm. The suite itself was well-equipped, with a lovely kitchen and a bathroom that included a jacuzzi—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The farm experience added a unique charm. We were given food to feed the animals, including friendly goats and lambs, which was a real treat—especially for anyone who enjoys a bit of nature and hands-on interaction. There are plenty of activities nearby, all within a 30 to 60-minute walk or a short drive. You can hike to scenic peaks to catch the sunset, or visit a nearby town and take a ride on an old train that feels like stepping back in time. We really enjoyed exploring the surroundings. The cottage was lovely, so big too, lots of room to move around. The mud room was a god send after returning from wet muddy dog walks. plenty of space to hang up wet outdoor gear and dry the dog. The village is so pretty and plenty of walks straight from the cottage no need for the car. Beaches and waterfalls under 30 mins drive from Corris. Just a 10 min walk away is the Corris Craft Centre. We had a great comfortable stay, didn't want to come home!

We stayed with our baby and 3 dogs. Lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed, including high chair and books/toys. Perfect location and beautiful surroundings. Paul was great to chat to and gave good local reccomendations for dog walks, beaches and places to eat. Hot tub was ideal as well!! Would recommend

The cottage suited our needs perfectly. It was immaculately clean and well equipped . Beautiful scenery around. Only a few yards from the centre of Corris village but on a very quiet street. All the locals we met were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. One of our best ever holidays, in one of the best ever locations. We have already booked up to go back next year.

The photos of Rock Cottage simply do not do it justice. The most beautiful property in a stunning part of the UK. Bradley & Mirabelle were fabulous hosts, always on hand to help with any queries we had and they left some fabulous recommendations for eateries etc. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This little hideaway is just breathtaking. I could’ve watched the birds and listened to the water in the garden for days and days. The garden is spectacular and the standard of finish throughout the whole space is just exceptional. I wish I had such a brilliant eye for interiors! Nicola was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout too, many thanks and will be back again you can be sure!
