Loved our stay! Had everything we needed and beautiful surroundings.

It was a lovely stay. Very warm and welcoming. We wished we had stayed for longer. The area was beautiful and a great place to be in the countryside

We loved every minute of our stay. Just big enough for 2 adults and our dog. We loved being outside in the private garden, watching the sea with a glass of wine. The dog loved it too, it was very safe and secure. 45mins flat walk, into the town of Barmouth, via the useful instructions left by Hayley. We ate at Dylans (15mins walk, turn right on the main road) and Bay View (6mins walk turn left on the main road) would recommend both, we didn't book and got a table but I would think you'd need to book during high season. Fantastic stay and we will definitely book to come back.

This was our second visit, such a beautiful location and the set up is perfect. The upgrades to the Shepard's hut have made it even more perfect. thanks guys, we will be back.

Menna was great, always happy to heat the hot tub up for us! The little sleeping pods were comfortable with a really nice bed! And the location was brilliant, not too far from Snowdon which has the most amazing view! We had a fantastic time.

We had an amazing stay. Location was perfect & peaceful. Great amenities including the on site shop. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at erw Glamping, everything was clean and very cosy. We loved using the fire heatet hot tub. The only point I would note is that I wish on the listing it was noted that only a certain amount of wood would be provided. In the future I would bring my own wood as there wasn’t enough provided to heat up the hot tub for the entirety of our stay and to make use of the fire pit. But all in all, had a lovely time. Had an amazing weekend away for my partners birthday. The hut had everything we needed, lovely and clean facilities. Staff always contactable which was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely place this was. It is tucked away on a working farm so it is outside of the main town of Conwy however the what3words location was perfect as it took us to the top of the drive. Everything was exactly as described and we had a very pleasant stay. We were even greeted by one of the dogs there. Would happily stay there again.

Wow, what a truly wonderful place. The garden space and surroundings create the most cozy of stays which compliments the charm of the hut (which is beautifully designed & decorated). The hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have the best of stays with such attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend a stay here for a peaceful & refreshing weekend away. Thank you X

We stayed at the Shepherds Hut for two nights whilst attending a wedding nearby. Russell was really friendly and welcoming, and responsive. The hut was beautiful, very well thought out and you can tell it’s been looked after. All the little touches really make a difference. The hut was also really clean and fresh. It was so peaceful and we loved seeing the horses in the morning. The location was beautiful! We didn’t get to explore as much as we’d like but we’d love to visit again and explore more. We got slightly lost on the way but then saw that Russell had added the what three words to the instructions and we found it easily then. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect stay for a peaceful night away from the city lifestyle, beautiful surroundings by the lake with natural wildlife. Barbara was a brilliant host with great communication and very clear instructions, she kindly pre heated the Hot Tub for us which was appreciated for our arrival. The BBQ and log burner were a great addition with the Hut being fully equipped with cooking utensils for what we needed, lovely and cosy with fairy lights and lovely outside lighting. The outside bathroom was very clean and easy to access. Overall brilliant stay will definitely recommend to others or to return for another visit in the future.

Perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet and peaceful (donkey notwithstanding!) in a beautiful part of the country. Simple accommodation and definitely snug but just what we needed. Would totally recommend.

We recently stayed in this charming little shepherd’s hut by the lake and overall had a really lovely experience. The hut itself is cosy, surprisingly warm even in cooler weather, and has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. It was clean and tidy, aside from a few cobwebs — nothing major, but worth mentioning. Being right on the lake, the setting is beautiful and serene, with stunning views. However, if you’re not a fan of bugs, just be aware that they’re definitely part of the experience — totally natural for the environment, but something to keep in mind. The walk from the car park to the hut is a bit rugged, and there’s quite a bit of goose/duck/animal mess along the way. Definitely bring sturdy boots or shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty! The hosts were lovely — really friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful retreat close to nature (and don’t mind getting a bit muddy or buggy), this place is definitely worth a visit.

Carol and her gorgeous hut were amazing, the place was spotless, had everything it said it did and Carol made it easy to find with her instructions. There were lovely things for us on arrival to make us comfortable and stocked. Surroundings were beautiful, hot tub was fabulous. It was all a really good stay! One day the weather was rubbish and another was glorious and the place was perfect for both those days so can’t fault it! Would 100% come again

Lovely hit. It was my partners birthday and they’d laid out a banner and card which was a lovely touch. Really happy with our stay will be returning!

Lovely night stay here, wished we had booked for an extra night. Stayed here with my partner and sons aged 16 and 12. Sons really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Will definitely be booking again with family and friends.

This is my second time staying here and it was just as beautiful as the first time! Penny is the most welcoming host ever and her hospitality is top tier. Freshly picked flowers from her gardens, the most delicious Victoria sponge, and a loaf of sourdough were all part of the warm welcome. Spent three days in paradise enjoying the fire pit, BBQ, and curious wildlife. Thank you for an amazing time!

really enjoyed our stay on the farm good amenities and secure plot for pets to roam around without the risk of them running off. plenty of walks around the area and not far from national parks. definitely recommend haydens place.

We really loved the shepherd's hut - we felt so cosy, with our wonderful view. Natalie was kind and supplied a pint and a G&T to go with the view!

This place was incredible. Actually secluded with no other shepherd huts around- we didn't see a single other person our whole stay (perfect for our nervous dog). The hut itself was beautiful and we loved seeing the sheep every day and listening to the birds. The wood fired hot tub was also great. We cannot wait to come back!

What a gorgeous place, i miss it already. To us it was perfection...a gated safe spot for our dog and not confined so he could roam freely. The hot tub was lovely and i read a whole book in 2 days. Our entertainment was watching a dove tend to her nest, enjoying seeing our very happy dog on his first hols, playing a board game and chatting. No wifi no tv. Llangollen has enough going on too but this was a bit of paradise above a busy lovely little town.

Tranquil and beautifully scenic - a perfect escape for walkers and nature lovers. The shepherd’s hut is tucked among trees with a fire pit, cut grass area, and wild meadow beyond. It’s well laid out and fully equipped (fridge, hob, kettle, utensils), with plenty of power sockets and a surprisingly strong phone signal. Just a short walk away is a clean compost loo and a shower in a tin shed - rustic but spotless. We were able to bring our three dogs, which made the stay even more special. William provided clear directions, with good signage from the road. A 4x4 is essential, but this was made very clear. On arrival, we found fresh eggs, milk, and bread - a godsend as we’d forgotten essentials. The nearest shop is a fair distance, so it’s worth coming prepared. All in all, a peaceful, well-thought-out stay in a beautiful setting - our first shepherd’s hut experience, and a great one.

Perfect location, just as described and the perfect spot to relax and unwind - so peaceful and beautiful. I spent every evening on the patio watching the sun go down over the sea, listening to the birds and seeing the bats play. Everything you need is there. It's the best of both worlds - quiet and you feel remote yet only 10 mins max from the beach. Everything was really secure for the dog too - no having to check where she was every 2 mins which meant I could totally relax. Samantha explains everything really clearly which made finding the place, working the hot tub etc a breeze - all really important if you're staying there on your own. She comes back to you really quickly and was a great host.
