Vacation rentals with beach access in River Cetina

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

We really enjoy our stay. Everything clean, modern, absolutely perfekt. The apartment, the view, the pool, ... . The owner was helpful and communicative. Last but not least, excellent conditions for charging our electric car. It was wonderful, we would love to come back.

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

Jelena's apartment was perfect, very beautifully appointed and very well equipped. We were met by our host and her very helpful son on arrival and was given help carrying our lugguge upto the apartment. The apartment was centrally located for all attractions around Split and also nearby beaches, which can be a accessed by a short walk through the park just across the road from the apartment. We spent a week in the apartment and had a lovely time. It was very clean, well equipped and easy to reach from the airport by bus. We got along well without a car - supermarkets, bakery and the restaurant were within walking distance. In May, there wasn't much going on in the village and it was quite quiet. Due to the nearby airport, planes flew by from time to time. The small beach sections, just a few meters away, are very nice. Velimir was always easily accessible and showed us the apartment.

4 of us stayed in Split at Gorans and Jana’s apartment for 6 nights last week. We absolutely love it. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The location was perfect! 10-15 minute easy walk to the center of town. We like being away from the crowds. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. It was recently renovated so everything was new and the apartment was spotless! It was nice to have the washer to wash your clothes and a clothes line to dry them. They had coffee, tea and cookies for us upon arrival. 2 grocery stores 2-3 blocks away to buy food/drinks. Check in was very easy with codes to get in. If we had questions about dining, cash machines etc, they would answer immediately. When we come back to Split, we would definitely stay here again! We give it a 10 out of 10 rating!!

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

We were very excited, the apartment is very well equipped. Were very surprised what everything was already available. In addition, you have to highlight the location, you fall out the door and are located directly on the beach and at a restaurant. A shop is a 2-minute walk away. Communication was very good, everything was described wonderfully. Checking in via lockbox was also very easy and flexible. Overall, we were very enthusiastic and would be happy to come back!

The location was easily walkable to the ferry port for our boat to Hvar and then our all day boat tour. Located close to downtown area where shopping and restaurants are plenty. Easy to find and safe parking spot included down the street from apartment. Perfect spot for our time in Split, Croatia.

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. This was an amazing stay! Exactly what I was looking for- private, peaceful and beautiful. The view was amazing from the room and then you go down to the private beach and its just serene. On the way down to the beach Damir let us feed the tortoises! Might be silly but that was definitely the highlight they are so cute. We really appreciate this experience and recommend everyone to come stay if you are looking for relaxation. I will warn though you should probably rent a car for this stay, its better so you can come and go as you please and not wait so long for public transportation. We also enjoyed driving around the mountains and seeing the Centina River Canyon and its not a bad drive to Split and other places!

This unit is just as described. They have renovated it very nicely and made good use of the space. Ivan was very helpful with all of our requests and gave us great information on what to see in Split and area.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Absolutely wonderful place and location. Vicko’s home is beautifully curated, with a thoughtful collection of books and knick-knacks from his travels perhaps. It’s one of the most beautiful AirBnBs I’ve stayed at. We stayed back for meals at the AirBnB because it was just too pretty and we wanted to spend more time there. Would definitely recommend it and be back whenever I’m in Split.
