The house is located within a condominium. Not suitable for parties, farewells or events. Only for FAMILIES OR GROUP OF COUPLES Casa Manu is located in the heart of Chacras de Coria, in a safe and quiet area, it is a very nice and well-equipped house, it is in a place close to wineries and excellent restaurants. It has a barbecue, swimming pool, own garden and garage parking. Maximum two cars, (one inside the garage, the second on the sidewalk in front of the house).

The house is warm, has a rock wall, wood floors, thatched roofs, lots of glass and windows, and is quiet. Please ALWAYS indicate the number of guests The house has an "alarm system" for your safety, with 8 sensors throughout the house. It is activated by motion sensors. So it's very important NOT to activate the alarm while inside the house, DO NOT CONFUSE WITH VIDEO CAMERAS!, THERE ARE NO CAMERAS EVEN THOUGH THEY LOOK LIKE IT! They are just motion detectors!!!!
