I loved it, the hosts were very friendly and concerned about my arrival. They were flexible with my check-in, as my flight arrived later, thank you! The house is super central, there is the plaza and shopping area around. It is a house that no one lives inside, very spacious and comfortable, clean everything, hot water and heating. If you're going by car, there's also space to store it. If I had to say any point to improve it would be the pillows and mattress on the beds. But if I go to San Martin again, I would definitely stay again!!

A quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to transportation (Uber, Cabify and on foot) and commerce, offering a great balance between privacy and practicality. The space is comfortable, modern and well-equipped, with a cozy bed, full kitchen and clean bathroom, as well as being impeccably sanitized upon arrival. The location in the back ensured silence and isolation, providing security and total privacy. The host was attentive and communicative, always available to answer questions and give local tips, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Considering comfort, cleanliness, service and location, the cost-benefit was excellent, and I recommend the accommodation for those looking for a practical, safe and comfortable experience.

Excellent place, the apartment is new, it has all the amenities and everything was impeccable. I also want to point out that the area where it is located is really quiet. The best part of all was the host's attention, super friendly, clear instructions, always ready and with an incredible level of flexibility. Highly recommended!!
