Solvang sits in the middle of the sandwich in Brekstad city centre in a calm residential neighborhood. The property is on 5 acres and large green space makes there a lot of bolt space around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. Built in 1929, the house is a charming house with lots of space. Brekstad is just an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is 10 minutes' walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike paths, hiking trails and historical sights.

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 5 min walk to City Lade, grocery just outside and short way to train station ( train from Værnes stops here). Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.

Very nice and flexible host. Arranged a baby travel cot, though this was not part of the amenities. Clean and tidy apartment with everything you might need for a short or longer stay. The apartment was modern and inviting with a view of the backyard. The apartment was in a great location, which made it easy to explore the area. A small disadvantage was that the keys had to be picked up at Trondheim S, which was a little inconvenient. The communication with the landlord was tidy and clear. At check-out, I was told to remove the bed linen, and then I discovered that the pillow was incredibly dirty. Disgusting discovery after sleeping on it all night. All in all, the stay was good, but there are some minor improvements that can be made.
