The plot of 15 acres is fenced. In the yard there is parking for cars, a barbecue, a large table with benches, hammocks, pines. Entertainment: Blue lakes, beach, fishing, mushrooms, berries. There is a sauna, bicycles, grill. Children and animals are always welcome!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the quiet city center. On the third floor, there is a new one-room studio with a balcony, warm in winter and cool in summer. Major repairs were carried out in 2023. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. The TsUM shopping center and the park are nearby. There is a large free parking near the house.
