Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

We were very happy to have chosen the place, where we found what we were looking for: peace and having a good time with friends. The place was very comfortable and just as it looked in the photos. The staff was very attentive, and upon leaving the house, we had everything around us: places to eat, ATMs, billiard halls, and casinos, as well as many nearby stores. I recommend the place 100%. Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!

This AirBNB was amazing and the host was very responsive. The home was beautiful and exactly what I thought it would be from the photos. I highly recommend that you stay here and it was in a great location in El Poblado. I would definitely stay here again. A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

Wow - what a hidden gem in Sabaneta! This was the perfect place to be near all of the action. The space itself is extremely airy, and is perfect if you’re working nomadically. The hospitality was great and the communication was exceptional. Thank you so much!

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

The apartment's location is very good, it is an area with many restaurants, markets and easy to get to. From the beginning it was easy to communicate with Santiago and he was always attentive to us, the apartment was very clean, organized, and comfortable; I would totally come back!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sabaneta, Medellín. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The only suggestions I’d make to improve the experience would be to upgrade the linens on the bed, add extractor fans in both bathrooms for better ventilation, and perhaps include a toaster oven in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was great, and I’d definitely stay here again!
