The apartment is located on the ground floor. Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people🏠. 1 minute walk from the beach. With 45 m², it has a bedroom, full bathroom and integrated kitchen with living-dining room, all in one space. The bedroom features a 135 x 190 cm bed with a new mattress for optimal rest 🛏️ and also a 175 x 80 cm sofa bed so that a third person can sleep. The apartment has very good ventilation and hot/cold air conditioning. The room receives a lot of natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere🌿✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker and an electric kettle🍳☕. Includes basic condiments and laundry detergent, avoiding unnecessary expenses. There is a table for 2 people with chairs, perfect for couples meals🍽️. Full bathroom with a shower tray🚿, amenities like gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer. Linens and towels are also included🛁. The entire apartment is exclusively for guest use.
