Just 5 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 35 minutes from Bordeaux, it’s the perfect starting point to experience the Bordeaux art of living.

The Dordogne river, St Emilion and Bergerac are nearby. The local area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing, golf, visits to vineyards and delicious food. Those who love to enjoy, silence and beautiful nature are in the right place. The building is divided into 2 residences separated by a hedge with enough privacy and space. Me and my girlfriend live in the other building but are often absent due to work and show all respect for your privacy
