My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.

5 Stars — Absolutely Amazing Stay! Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, beautifully designed, and well-stocked the space was. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — they made sure we had everything we needed and even left a few personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal — close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Whether we were relaxing on the patio, enjoying the local scenery, or cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable. Barbara and John were literally the kindest people in Costa Rica you could stay with. Our toddler, the biggest food critic of them all loved every food recommendation we received. He danced to the music in restaurants and was welcomed with love by locals. The home is so private, relaxing, beautifully decorated, everyone in our family felt at home here. We cooked in the kitchen and found it fully equipped and easy to cook for a group. We loved watching monkeys swaying on neighboring trees and birds singing each morning near the large deck. We slept so peacefully in their comfortable large beds every night and the space was quite large so our kiddo got to get his wiggles out. Their pool was the perfect temperature everyday and large enough you could do laps. John provided such a throughout and very legit surf lesson. Overall we LOVED this home and it was well worth the journey into this cool little surf town. - Christina

This place is SUCH a hidden gem. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here, not to mention Juergen’s wonderful hospitality. The architecture is out of this world and it is obvious careful thought and detail went into bringing this magnificent place to life. The house itself is a work of art, so much so my now fiancée proposed to me here on the first night of our stay! 10/10 we would recommend to anyone, especially if you are looking to be immersed in the jungle with stunning views. We will be back!!

This place was amazing. My boyfriend and I loved our stay here and seeing the amazing view every morning was beyond beautiful. It definitely matched the pictures when we booked it. The pool was a great touch and just sitting out on the balcony too. Additionally, Judit stayed in communication with us from the beginning to the end. She provided so much information in different excursions, restaurants, general information, and navigating our way from the airport to Airbnb and back. She made things so much easier in booking our excursions and just being a super helpful person since it was our first time in Costa Rica. We would definitely book this place again whenever we come back to Costa Rica. We enjoyed our time there in celebrating our anniversary. We are super grateful for the hospitality and friendliness that Edan/Judit gave us.

The stay was great - beach was within walking distance and there are several stores, restaurants and bakeries nearby in case you need anything. It is also very close to other beaches and tourist sites that are worth checking out. Tanaz and Domingo were incredibly responsive and took the time to let us know everything we needed to be aware of.
