We were looking for somewhere to spend several relaxing days with things to do for my children (11 and 15 years old). This place was excellent. Since we arrived, Don Mario was very helpful in receiving us at the marina where we left the car parked, it is a short 10-minute trip to the house. The house with its two air-conditioned rooms, living room, kitchen and a terrace where we spent most of the time. The wind makes it super nice to be outside. We jumped into the river a thousand times, used the pedal boat and went to explore the surrounding area. On the last day, no one really wanted to go back. Maria was in constant communication with me and always attentive to any eventuality. We had the support of Elvia in the house, Don Mario's daughter, during the week (paid separately and directly to her) and it was key for us to be calmer, she is a very polite and helpful girl. It's definitely a place we hope to return to soon...

nice place, clean and comfortable, only at the beginning we thought it was a private house and not that there were several apartments, but everything was fine.

We had a great time as a family. The people who took care of us in the house were very attentive to the domestic service and the guardian and transfer by boat. Melvin was also attentive to communication.

This stay at Javier's was the most memorable of my 3-month trip to Guatemala. Everything is as described, the beauty of the place, accessible only by boat, the peaceful life of the inhabitants of this Quee Chi village, the river and its natural pool, the birds... And Javier, his kindness and attention, his good food and walks to discover the region... I feel "lucky" and I hope to make you want to come and disconnect in this unique environment too!

Very good service from Hector You can improve the lighting of the house, also the pool. Around the pool we find some bugs, it can be improved.

Perfect for large groups or families, lots of space, peaceful and very private. Hosts assistant Paty was very nice and helpful she had cool waters and snacks waiting for us. I wished we could have stayed longer.

The place is just as in the photos, the host was attentive at all times, excellent to spend time with the family and especially to go for a walk with the dog, I only recommend more directions on the way to get there.

Recommended! The house is in an excellent location for enjoying sweet river and livingston. It is a good option for those who want to relax at the river bank and is well equipped to cook, although there are restaurants nearby that you can go to.

We had a wonderful time at Hotelito Peredido. The rooms were beautifully rustic, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. The surroundings were thoughtfully designed, and the property is located right in the heart of the jungle, providing an immersive nature experience. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, offering great value. Til was also incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of his guests felt well taken care of throughout their stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, combining comfort, great food, and warm hospitality in an incredible jungle setting. We highly recommend it.

The hotelito perdido is a very comfortable hotel, everything is available for you to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The activities offered are excellent and the price is totally affordable. The room was as described, perfect bathrooms and showers. The staff members are very welcoming and warm. We thank Tim and his team for hosting us and we make it a point of honor for his availability and all the help he has given us. Tim is very warm and friendly. We ate great! The proportion is sometimes too large but mmmmh what a delight! We even extended our stay and will be back! Thank you and all the best!
