Waterfront vacation rentals in Rio de Janeiro/Zona Norte

The atmosphere is very peaceful, very close to Flamengo beach, it has a bike stop right in front, in the surroundings many restaurants, bars and markets, in short... only compliments from the region. The apartment is as described and in the photos, with an extremely privileged and extremely beautiful view. We stayed to participate in the Rio Marathon and it was literally 5 to 7 minutes walking, in addition to being very close to Santos Dumont airport, which is a huge facility both on the way to and from home. Anyway, only compliments from the place and its hosts, rent without fear!

The apartment is even better in person than in photos. We were very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the pool has amazing views and the bathrooms are spectacular. We've been very happy these days.

Was a great choice. Beautiful inside and clean. View to ocean was spectacular. Very good air conditioning and plenty of hot water. If I ever come back this will be my first choice.

The apartment is amazing, better than the photos. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it in this place because of the comfort and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to a large number of pots and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and sea in all rooms. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, cordial and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend it.

The location is amazing. It felt like I was living a dream, with that wonderful view... that even on a rainy day, remains incredible!!!! There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, great location, I highly recommend it! And the view is a show apart. And the apartment was very clean and fragrant, we loved it.

Very stylish beachfront loft with beautiful views of Barra Beach. The loft has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near Beach Bars and a quick 5min walk to Avenida Olegário Maciel loaded with restaurants, bars, a gym, and supermarkets. The front desk is very helpful during your stay. If you are looking for a less touristy spot near Rio with less hustle & bustle than Copacabana, this is the spot at a great rate.

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near a variety of shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place was very well furnished. Beautiful view of Copacabana, and easy to maneuver the area. Receptive doorman and security. Just be mindful that you want to ask about the toilet paper situation because they said not to flush it down the toilet. You will want to speak with the host about that.

Maria, as a host, was excellent at all times of the stay, and proactive at all times. The place in the photo is beautiful, and the view too, but in person it's surreal, much more. I got the stay I was looking for: to feel at home, but somewhere else, and I did, I already felt at home. Saying goodbye was bad, it was so good. I'd like to come back more often.

I recommend totally this place, the house/apartment are great and in excellent conditions. Is a very private place to relax. The hosts are wonderful. All in our stay was ok.

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, the view is even better! Shops next to the house, cafeterias, I particularly ordered from ifood, which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, she responded quickly and I had no problems!

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. Very nice apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.

Throughout the stay, the host Magda was extremely polite and flexible with what we requested, the apartment is close to Ipanema beach so you can walk there easily. Everything is well organized and quiet, I'll be back other times. I recommend it.
