Vacation rentals with a sauna in Rio de Janeiro/Zona Norte

Fantastic place, fantastic location, and a fantastic view.

The place was amazing and beautiful views of the beach. I loved waking up every morning and looking out the windows. The place was huge, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs neighbors were very loud one night making it hard to sleep. But, that has nothing to do with the host and the place. Very close walk to the beach. Getting into the building is very easy. When calling a uber I recommend putting the name of the building in as some uber drivers would go to the park on the other side. The host were very communicative and responded very quickly. Thank you for letting me stay.

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The sauna was a dream come true especially since the weather dipped while we there. The backyard/outdoor area is a nice little haven all to yourself. Everything was as described. Jonas was incredibly responsive especially with us extending our stay an extra couple of days morning before checkout. One of the room's bathrooms has the shower kind of above the toilet seat so do with that info what you will. All around great stay and would definitely book again! Cheers!

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. Anyway, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which there will undoubtedly be).

A 10/10. The apartment in terms of amenities is excellent. We were 3 adults. Spacious, with everything you need in terms of furniture, utensils, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The apartment is really comfortable. The extremely safe building with hotel services. To this I add the gym and the pool! The area is perfect as it allows you to walk to all areas of Copacabana and nearby shopping. There is a bus stop half a block away to go to the downtown areas. 3 blocks from the beach, spectacular area. A commercial area, and very safe. We walked everywhere and never had a problem. I recommend it, we will definitely be back.

Close to the subway, there is a lot of shopping around. Comfortable and very cozy space. I'll be back more often.

Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left us a bathroom until 5 pm free for us, to be able to bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thank you for everything!

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Very nice apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !

There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

It was an excellent stay, the house met expectations. Well-located house, well-equipped, with several amenities such as bathtub, barbecue, cooktop, the most diverse utensils, bikes, Alexa, television with several channels and streaming subscription. Excellent quality bed linen, towels and dishes. The condominium is very quiet, has a swimming pool and sauna. The property owner is extremely accessible and kind. He allowed me to have visitors for a barbecue on my birthday, was very flexible with check-in and check-out, and was still kind because he left me a birthday cake. The stay was wonderful and we'll be back for sure!
