Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Rio de Janeiro/Zona Norte

Despite the overcast weather, we liked the cozy house and we will definitely return on another occasion, the first contact in person with Daniela was very kind.

It is always a pleasure to stay in Silva properties. Always impeccable. Not to mention it's next to the new America. Perfect.

Everything worked out well in our stay. We needed a place closer to the event we were working on and Adriana collaborated 100% with our needs.

We wanted to thank you for your stay! Everything is very good! The hydro, air conditioning, hot water in the faucets and the projector are the highlights of the house. But we have some very important points for improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we got there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how much violence there is, even though it's a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room was closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the outdoor sink. An imminent danger.

The accommodation is somewhat improvised in what used to be outbuildings, but no less attractive for that. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are not connected, you have to go outside, but it is covered with a dome. What was very practical and important to me was the entrance gate with parking space for the car. That was safer, I had tools in the car. Kitchen and bathroom are super equipped with all sorts of things you might need. Bravo ! The street is very lively. The neighborhood is not really quiet. I can imagine that it can be very busy and noisy in the high season, or that you can hardly get in or out with carnival, but I didn't have any problems with that in May.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. A very special thank you to Andréia, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm energy truly made a difference. Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful and clean house. By arriving the air conditioning was already on, fully equipped kitchen, bedding with a wonderful smell, a very comfortable double bed, we also love the whole outdoor area, swimming pool, hammocks. Extreme quiet place, great for relaxing. Adriana and Marcos were very attentive and helpful, always ready to ask questions. We will definitely return

A secluded safe condominium haven close drive to the beach and all necessities. A stunning garden and tasteful, impeccably up-kept house with best linen I’ve experienced in airbnb. Pool and luscious garden setting was a bliss. Lucia was an amazing host, I am very happy to have spent a week there! Absolutely recommend.

It was an excellent stay, facing the beach and beautiful view, the place was very clean and everything organized, the service of the place is great, the place has everything, restaurant, gym, saunas… Just the heated pool that was not hot, otherwise it was too perfect! The owner explains everything properly and responds quickly! Very nice, I would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. Beautiful apartment & very convenient location! close to many attractions. Host was very responsive and attentive. Bruno was very helpful getting me to my apartment. The front desk concierge were all great with getting me all checked in! Will definitely keep on my list of places to return to!

I had such a wonderful stay!! Andre was a great host, and he provided so many essentials within the airbnb (laundry detergent, bathroom necessities, beach towels/chairs, etc). He was super responsive whenever I reached out with a question or needed help with anything. The apartment is really nice and clean as well. I had stayed in Leblon with my partner for a week. Some of our highlights were the close proximity to the beach, the apartment's beautiful view, and shopping at the all nearby malls/stores. The apartment is very nice, the kitchen utensils, the bed linen, the furniture, everything is impeccable. Come back again for sure! Well located, building with concierge, easy access. In addition to the super flexible check-in, which was essential for us.

We visitied Rio for the first time with my partner and our 15 month old baby. I can not recommend Livia's place any higher. Its in the heart of copa cabana, next to countless shops, bars, restaurants, super markets etc so anything someone might need is in short walking distance. The property is spotlessly clean, cozy and lovely. There was a cot provided and all the amenities we could have asked for (especially when travelling with a baby!). Livia? Super responsive, friendly and always happy to help! We will definitely recommend to all friends that are visiting Rio anytime soon, and we do promise to return one day Livia! Thanks for everything!
