Vacation rentals with a patio in Rio de Janeiro/Zona Norte

Was a great choice. Beautiful inside and clean. View to ocean was spectacular. Very good air conditioning and plenty of hot water. If I ever come back this will be my first choice.

O loft é encantador! A decoração e a vista são indescritíveis. Os gatinhos Tina e Bituca são uns amores, dormiram a hospedagem inteira conosco na cama kkkk. O sofá cama que tem lá é bem grande e muito confortável. Viajamos em 4 pessoas. O bairro de Santa Teresa é um espetáculo a parte, com bastante verde e muito lugar bom para curtir, principalmente a noite. O loft fica bem próximo ao ponto do bondinho e é bastante seguro. Estamos bastante felizes com a hospedagem ❤️

My partner and I had a very lovely stay here! The street is lined with trees and there is a great restaurant located just a few metres down the road. Everything in the apartment is very clean and comfortable. Flavia was a very responsive host. We appreciated the 24 hour security and the excellent location close to Ipanema and Copacabana beach! We would highly recommend!

The check-in process was easy, with Celia available to help! The place was exactly as described, and communication was top-notch throughout my stay. Very stylish beachfront loft with beautiful views of Barra Beach. The loft has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near Beach Bars and a quick 5min walk to Avenida Olegário Maciel loaded with restaurants, bars, a gym, and supermarkets. The front desk is very helpful during your stay. If you are looking for a less touristy spot near Rio with less hustle & bustle than Copacabana, this is the spot at a great rate.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Queríamos agradecer pela estadia! Tudo muito bom! A hidro, o ar condicionado, água quente nas torneiras e o projetor são os pontos altos da casa. Mas temos alguns pontos de melhoria muito importantes que achamos que precisam ser levados em consideração, por exemplo: A segurança precisa ser melhorada, o portão principal da casa é feito de madeira, bem “mixuruca”. Quando chegamos lá havia uma parte aberta, moramos no Rio de Janeiro e sabemos como a violência é grande, por mais que seja um bairro bucólico. Além disso a iluminação da parte externa também deixa a desejar quando a noite chega. Ficaria mais seguro se a sala fosse fechada com vidros e não apenas cortinas. Além disso, tivemos dificuldades com o fogão e forno e não obtivemos respostas. Também encontramos focos de larvas de mosquito da dengue debaixo da pia externa. Um perigo iminente.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. Ana has one of the most beautifully designed and furnished homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, surrounded by nature and beauty, with the city just a few lights away, I can’t say enough about how great the place was. Ana was a great host who stayed in constant contact with help and assistance I would recommend her home to anyone wanting to enjoy a lovely comfortable stay, THANKS ANA !!!!!

Apartamento excelente, super completo (cozinha com vários eletrodomésticos bons e todos os utensílios, sento falra apenas de um bebedouro). Boas toalhas, roupa de cama, itens de higiene no banheiro (tinha um sabonete novo lacrado). Havia até um kit de primeiros socorros e um guarda-chuvas. Fica a dois quarteirões da praia de Ipanema e é cercado por restaurantes, supermercados e farmácias. Me senti em casa, não parecia um apartamento de airbnb mas sim um lar, tamanho o cuidado com os detalhes (decoração, livros, etc). Possui ótima smartv na sala maior do que indicado no anúncio. Tem duas sacadas, uma na sala e uma no quarto. A rua é muito movimentada de carros, mas os vidros reduzem bastante o ruído. Precisei ficar mais 1 dia na cidade e a reserva foi alterada com muita rapidez. Só tenho a agradecer ao Merc e a eva.

Apartamento muito bom, em frente ao Parque Olimpico. Espaço amplo e limpo. Equipamentos em bom estado de conservação, sem ressalvas. A cordialidade do José Luiz ao me receber para o chekinn destacou-se. Comunicação extremamente facil. Recomendo.

O airbnb de Luciana foi um dos melhores que fiquei aqui na plataforma. Extremamente limpo e bastante equipado, o que facilitou meu dia a dia durante a hospedagem, já que precisei trabalhar home office durante a semana. A comunicação com ela foi bastante rápida quando precisei, além da mesma indicar estabelecimentos próximos para auxiliar nas compras durante os dias hospedado. Sobre a localização, ela é simplesmente perfeita para que vai ao Rio turistar, o apartamento fica pertinho do Maracanã, Sapucaí, Cristo e Pão de Açúcar, não levamos mais de 25 minutos para chegar a casa um desses. Recomendo demais e espero em breve voltar ao Rio e ficar no apartamento da Luciana!

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Wonderful little apartment in a gorgeous historic building tucked away on a back street of Ipanema. This place felt a bit like a movie set with its picturesque exterior and interior! Very well decorated and equipped inside, nothing else we could have wanted. Washer and dryer in unit was amazing to have. Location was very nice, secluded on a quiet little side street but 5 mins to the bustling center of Ipanema. No complaints, would come back in a heartbeat!

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
