Our stay was great. the place is wonderful, very close to the water park. At the Resort has several attractions for the children and it is very cozy. we will definitely return.

The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decoration and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a baking dish to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and didn't go down once during the week we were there. There is also a good work desk and office chair in the same environment as the living/dining room, which has air-conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very quiet, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1 km away and a convenience store in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but honestly nothing got in the way of our experience. The space is very nice and cozy.

I stayed for 2 days with my husband and 2 teenage children. The apartment is very comfortable. It had everything necessary for us to have an excellent stay. The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot. The park is a 10-minute drive. Mrs. Lourdes is very attentive and helpful. I recommend this accommodation

Spacious, pleasant location, functional and charming balcony, quiet neighborhood of farms. It's even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Delicious pool. Cleo is very attentive and kind. We spent 17 wonderful days with the family and everyone loved it. It will be my home whenever I need to return to Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.

It was a satisfactory stay, matches the listing, very kind and quick host in communications, clean and fragrant sheets and bath towels, the house was clean and organized, quiet place, great to rest…the place is about 20 minutes walking from the center and 5 minutes by car…super recommended!

Vivi was very accessible from the beginning and made herself available to answer any questions I had. The accommodation was as described, a very spacious house, it has appliances if we needed them, and everything was very organized! It had a TV, games and a pool table, which provided great moments. The house is a gem and the cleanliness and organization were impeccable. We had everything we needed and even more. Spacious and comfortable bathroom, in addition to the games that were an extra attraction. Anyway, it was a super nice weekend with the family, and Mr. Edinaldo and his wife received us very well, even with gifts on arrival.
