Our property borders a biological corridor so we're oftenvisited by monkeys, sloths, toucans, deer, pigs, anteaters, coatis, hummingbirds, etc. 4x4 needed most of the year largely due to rental cars not using all-terrain tires. 2023 updated to symmetric 200mbps fiber optic internet, back up battery, ultrafast WiFi with a Netgear Nighthawk AX4200.
