Large enclosed and fenced garden with play tools, wilderness bath and shelter, orchard and herb bed, which may be used. Behind the house there is a nature area with a trail system, playground and a towable ferry. 12 km to Søndervig and the North Sea, 26 km to Hvide Sande with a fishing port, 8 km to Stauning Whisky, 2 golf courses within 12 km, Legoland and Givskud Zoo approx. 1 hour's drive

The garden is undisturbed and has many lovely nooks with garden furniture and barbecue. The house contains a combined living room/kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with two beds. June, July, August are rented from Saturday to Saturday.

Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).

Our beautiful cottage is located in the heart of Søndervig. If you want to be able to park the car and get to everything on foot or by bike, this house is just right. The house is on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is an older back entrance/laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen/living room/hallway and bathroom from 2018, which is cozy decor and which is conducive to relaxation. From the kitchen there is direct access to the enclosed garden. The 1st floor contains 3 bedrooms overlooking the city and fjord.

The main house has an open kitchen - living room, 4 beds, wood stove, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Associated annex with additional 4 beds, kitchenette, living room and bathroom.

Huset varmes op med varmepumpe og brændeovn. I huset er der adgang til opvaskemaskine, microovn, vaskemaskine, lille depotrum med, stole, højstol, tørrestativ og puslepude. Der er fjernsyn m. parabol og internet. Trampolin og gyngestativ i haven 300 meter fra huset finder du en børnevenlig strand, meget velegnet til surfere.
