Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Our completely refurbished bakery is located in one of the quietest places in the Netherlands. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

The fridge is stocked with tasty drinks, and the bar table is perfect for enjoying a drink or getting some work done. Rituals shower products are available in the bathroom. Private sauna available to book for €20 – cool off under the garden shower. Bathrobes and towels are provided.

As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike. Emmen (Wildlands) and the fortified town of Coevorden can be reached within half an hour.

In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. We look forward to your visit.
