Your hosts Lee and Susie offer a 90 minute vinyasa yoga class or a 1 day introduction to handweaving course - design and weave your own fabric item.

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

In a haven of lush nature and calm, this beautifully restored hamlet home, labeled " Gite de Character " by Gite de France, is situated in the heart of the Pyrenees-Ariege Natural Park at 600 meters altitude. The views from the private, south facing, fenced in garden are supurb and often animated by the abondant wildlife. Totally restored with traditional materials and decorated with care, this spacious home ( 170² meters ) with private bathrooms in each room, will assure your comfort.

Gîte de Maneyre

We will be delighted to welcome you to the Maneyre gîte, in the heart of the Ariégeoises Pyrenees National Park. This secluded, quiet and relaxing place is located on the GR 78 and allows many hiking and mountain biking departures. It is located 15 minutes from Saint Girons and 30 minutes from Foix and 1 hour 20 minutes from Toulouse airport. There are many nearby sites to visit. The outdoor spaces are shared (swimming pool, garden) because the accommodation is adjoining with us.

Within the eco-friendly "La Colline aux Chevreuils", located on the heights of Volvestre facing the Pyrenees, less than an hour from Toulouse. La Cabane du Chevreuil welcomes you to a 4 ha permaculture site for a comfortable, exotic and informative stay in the heart of nature. Optionally in the evening, a platter of 10 varieties of farm cheeses will be served in the cabin or outside to admire the sunset accompanied by salad and wine as well as gourmet homemade desserts.

Quiet house

Our house is located in a peaceful hamlet, 2 km from Rimont, in the heart of the Ariégeoises Pyrenees Regional Park. Ideal for nature lovers, the house is located next to the greenway that connects Saint-Girons to Foix (walking, cycling...) Many tours are nearby (the Mas d'Azil cave, the Labouiche underground river, the city of Saint-Lizier, the Foix castle...) as well as many activities (golf, fishing, Saint-Girons market on Saturday morning...)

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Le Micoulier, charming cottage in Ariège

"Le Micoulier" is a very comfortable charming little holiday home for 2 to 4 people, located in the hamlet of Micou, in the heart of the “Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Ariégeoises”. It has a garden and a large terrace to enjoy the beautiful view. The hamlet is very quiet and close to hiking trails and many natural and historical sites.

La Cabâme: Eco-friendly round hut

Come and have a break in our cabin, with a view on the mountains. A simple confort : small kitchen, shower, composting toilets, fridge and wood stove. 25 m2 and a bedroom is on a mezzanine. Possible to have a massage or a sauna (for 50€ in addition). Our sheep are sometimes around the cabin!

Only 25 minutes from St Girons for the fantastic weekly market, but you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Masses of walks straight from the house and for the keen cyclist part of the 2012 Tour de France itinerary on the doorstep.
