Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

La Cabane du Chevreuil welcomes you to a 4 ha permaculture site for a comfortable, exotic and informative stay in the heart of nature. Our house is located in a peaceful hamlet, 2 km from Rimont, in the heart of the Ariégeoises Pyrenees Regional Park. Ideal for nature lovers, the house is located next to the greenway that connects Saint-Girons to Foix (walking, cycling...) Many tours are nearby (the Mas d'Azil cave, the Labouiche underground river, the city of Saint-Lizier, the Foix castle...) as well as many activities (golf, fishing, Saint-Girons market on Saturday morning...)

This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house.
