Баня, бассейн, отличная территория, дружественные собаки , подружились с нашим псом. Близко море.

Мы отдыхали в этом доме три дня с компанией друзей и остались в полном восторге! Дом светлый, чистый, очень уютный и со вкусом обустроенный. Расположение — отличное: рядом аэропорт и центр Юрмалы, при этом тихо и спокойно. Территория ухоженная, с красивым садом, мангалом и летней кухней — идеальное место для отдыха на свежем воздухе. Внутри есть всё необходимое: посуда, полотенца, туалетные и кухонные принадлежности, даже мелочи вроде ватных дисков и таблеток для посудомоечной машины — всё предусмотрено до мелочей. Бассейн теплый (24–25 градусов), сауна большая, ухоженная. Мы пользовались ей по два раза в день, а счет за воду и электричество приятно удивил — он оказался совсем небольшим. В доме прекрасная шумоизоляция — даже громкая музыка не мешает тем, кто отдыхает в другой комнате. Планировка очень удобная, никто никому не мешал, даже когда оставались гости. The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

Lieliska vieta, kur atpūsties no pilsētas burzmas. Viss tīrs un pārdomāts. Ļoti atsaucīgi un pretimnākoši saimnieki. Izmantojām arī pirtiņu, kas bija lieliski sagatavota. Patika, ka ir padomāts arī par bērniem, kur var drošā vidē iziet, pastaigāties, rotaļāties bērnu laukumiņā, un pat apskatīt aitiņas. Noteikti vēl atgriezīsimies!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. The only thing to note is that a car is essential, as you can’t really do much without one. But apart from that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beautiful house!

A stunning home in a very quiet and peaceful location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on Jomas street. You can find plenty of scooters nearby. The home is kitted out with every modern gadget you can think of and was kept in pristine condition. We really enjoyed the sauna and the pool on days we weren’t exploring.

Mēs pavadījām brīnišķīgu laiku šajā viesu mājā! Gan pati māja, gan apkārtne mūs patīkami pārsteidza – ļoti mājīga, tīra un ērta vide, kur baudīt mieru un atpūtu. Apkārtnē ir daudz skaistu vietu pastaigām un dabas baudīšanai, kas padarīja mūsu uzturēšanos vēl īpašāku. Īpašs paldies viesu mājas saimniekiem par sirsnīgo uzņemšanu un lielisko komunikāciju – viss tika nodrošināts, lai mēs justos ērti un gaidīti. Mēs noteikti atgriezīsimies un iesakām šo vietu arī citiem, kas vēlas patīkamu un relaksējošu atpūtu!

Absolutely peaceful sorrounding area - quiet place with lake view from apartment. Apartment was perfect clean and host was very nice and responsive.

Excellent modern house, actually it seemed to us much bigger than at the photo. 200 TV channels in HD, Wi Fi, all ktichen and room appliances, fireplace, arbour with grill, garage - everything is OK! Chic plot with a landscape design. The house looks as new and ideal for a 1-2 week vacation - it has much more options than any hotel room. Riga's centre is 20 minutes by car, and 10 minutes to the beaches of Jurmala. Foodmarket - 3 minutes, the largest shopping centre - 10 minutes. Of course, you should rent a car or use a taxi if you living there. Special thanks to Andris for positive host, everything was great! Hope to come again:)

Host owner Leva is notably passionate about her Airbnb business. Appliances and sanitary ware are of a good standard. A/C in living area and large bedroom a godsend in 28c. Two sizeable bathrooms offer a large bath and/or shower cubicle option. Internal staircase may challenge older guests. Stair gate for youngsters. Decor is clean and bright with ample lighting and sockets. Wi-Fi, Netflix TV and alarm. The BOT taxis collect from the gate usually within a few minutes. Attractive food hall market nearby. Property can be combined with downstairs. A large wooden decking balcony overlooks garden and basks in sun. Front bedroom has some passing morning traffic but elevated beds are a novelty. The rear bedroom has a dormitory feel with several single and one double bed. Leva has good English and has compiled a detailed album of Riga’s attractions and restaurants. The driveway can be dusty so Leva’s shoes off policy is good. Stairs to the upper floor may prove challenging for older guests.

Hallo Richard, dein Haus war wunderbar – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Uns als Familie haben nur die Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer ein wenig gefehlt 😄 Aber das war kein großes Problem. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder zu dir – es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt für unsere Kinder und unsere kleine Hündin Alexa. Das große, bezaubernde Grundstück und die schöne Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Alles ist gut erreichbar – ob Riga oder Jūrmala. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße! Очень уютный дом и приятная хозяйка! В доме есть абсолютно все, что нужно для проживания! Удобная кухня и большая терраса! Дом находится в 10 минутах от моря, рядом с лесом. Ближайший магазин в 8 минутах. 100% рекомендую это место расположения! Дом выглядит лучше в реальной жизни, чем на фото! Это приятно удивило! Отметили то, что матрасы, подушки, одеяло - хорошего качества, что бывает очень редко в других местах размещения! Большое спасибо за такой приятный прием!

we loved this stay! the apartments were perfect for a family trip! we all had our privacy and we were still together! this was perfect! absolutely recommended this place! while everyone was outside in the rain watching hockey on the big screen, we were watching it from the comfort of our apartment, total bliss!

Это дом, куда хочется вернуться! Прекрасная планировка дома, Супер уютная гостиная с выходом на веранду, удобная кухня, спальни. Всё очень удобно и продуманно. На кухне есть всё необходимое и для готовки и для сервировки. Ощущение какбудто ты дома. Спасибо, мы обязательно вернёмся!!!
