We rent an apartment (separated from our apartment), private entrance, about 30 sqm, immediate proximity to Messe München, Riem Arkaden, quietly located directly at Buga Park, by subway in 15 minutes in the center of Munich. Apartment : - Bedroom (approx. 11.3 sqm) with double bed (1.60 x 200 cm), 43" Philips TV. - Bathroom (approx. 6.5 sqm) with bathtub. - Kitchen (about 5.9 sqm) with seating. - Corridor (6.5 sqm). ***including 1 TG parking space, an advantage especially at the fair time ***

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located in our 1-family house on the first floor. It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

Great accommodation. The room is good, it has a table with a chair if you need to study or work. The bathroom is private. The guest has a space in the fridge to use, but can only prepare quick and cold snacks. This was not a problem for me, as the supermarket has a wide variety of meals. The house is 10 minutes from supermarkets and a bakery. Near the supermarket is a bus stop that takes you to the subway. Barbara was always very helpful and attentive. I recommend the accommodation!!

We visited Ernst for the second time on the occasion of the Intersolar fair at the fairgrounds in Riem - and that alone speaks for itself. The beds were made on arrival, towels were ready, the fridge was filled with a welcome drink. Better than any hotel!

I believe it’s the most wonderful family in Munich. Mrs. Tanja’s accommodation was impeccable! The house was always clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and well connected. Her mother is a fantastic lady—always kind and helpful! Her brother and his family are also lovely people. If I ever return to Bavaria, I would have no doubt and would definitely choose their home again!
