A cosy, curated cottage with a rustic vibe, Ode to the Orchard is surrounded by the Adelaide Hills’ finest wineries and sits high on 16 acres. It is one of the original stone homes of the area and enjoys stunning views of picturesque Lenswood. There is no better place to relax: soak in the gorgeous claw-foot bath looking out to the stars, enjoy that glass of local red by the fire, or try out our apple crumble recipe in the vintage wood-fired Aga.
“What a stunning place to relax and unwind! Romany has thought of everything! She is a fantastic host and very accommodating to your needs. All the thoughtful touches were fantastic. The cottage was spottless and very cosy. We cooked in the old Aga and roasted marshmallows in the beautiful woodfire. We woke up to kangaroos, rabbits and amazing views. The out door bath a nighy is a must! We highly recommend the Ode to the Orchid and we cannot wait to come back one day. All the best Romany :-)”
Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering.
“Jodi’s place was absolutely perfect. Jodi and her family made us feel so comfortable, their communication positively exceeded our needs, and the space was absolutely perfect. Great location, the perfect amount of space, privacy, and a warm family filled atmosphere. We can’t speak highly enough of this air BnB listing, and we would definitely stay here again!”
Neat clean home walking distance to shops and public transport. Close to Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley.
“Robert's place is a clean, stylish and well furnished home. The bed is comfortable and the wifi is fast. You get access to the kitchen and laundry and a living room with a 50in tv (built in chromecast). The bathroom is clean and hot water etc all works fine. The location is about 500m from a medium/small sized shopping centre which has a good variety of restaurants and a Drake's supermarket. Robert is a good bloke who was even able to drive me to the tennis courts or shops from time to time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I wholeheartedly recommend Robert as a host.”
