Large GR/DR, eat/n/kit. The "Cottage" is adjacent to the "Bungalow", also listed on this site. The Bungalow is a 1BR, full kitchen apartment. If you need more space please book both properties. Sorry, no pets allowed or parties. Maximum occupancy is six people. $20 fee per person/per day over four people

We sit 35 minutes north of the Ark Encounter and 20 minutes east of the Creation Museum. We are also 20 minutes south of Cincinnati Ohio and approximately 14 minutes east of CVG Airport. If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made!
