The Happy House

Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We are truly HAPPY to have you be our guest!

Private Country Farmhouse

Private, peaceful and country calm! No close neighbors to disturb you. Only 7 minutes from Winnsboro. Huge front and back yard, great for football or baseball with the kids. It’s easy to relax in this little farmhouse. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably with one king size bed and two single beds. A cot is also available for a fifth person and a portable crib for your baby. This recently renovated house has everything that you need including WIFI and Roku TV.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!

This place was a perfect pit stop for our family of 5 as we traveled to Florida. We all fit comfortably, and appreciated the fact that it was right off the highway. We all slept very well and had all of our needs met. Highly recommend for a rest spot on extended trips as well as a little vacation of its own.

Linda was a great host. She let us check in early and check out a little bit late. She was very responsive. There were some minor things that needed fixing but it’s an older trailer so that’s to be expected. The space was as pictured, however there were two other vacant trailers right in the yard so it wasn’t as big as it appeared in photos. It was a little difficult with having to use space heaters because we have small children but that’s on us for not clearly reading the about section. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Omg!! We travel from California for my daughter's graduation. We were a large party where most was 60yrs old and older. So I was very thankful when Pam allowed us to check in early. The home was perfect for our group and for us to host a celebratory barbecue and even gather inside when the rain came. My family and I enjoyed every bit of this home and appreciate Pam for responding quickly and open to some of our requests. Pam's home will always be our 1st choice if we're traveling as a large group. Thank you again!!
