House vacation rentals in Ricadi

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Beautiful outdoor areas for sitting, lying down and lingering. Pool nice, large and well-maintained. Beach a few steps from the front door. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house. Our host Vincenzo was always available and gave us great service. Thank you 👍🏻

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Great location. Beautiful house, well organized with all the essentials and well located in front of the pool and close to the access to the sea via the pine forest. Beautiful pool and beautiful beach. Too bad the sea was dirty for a few days, but this doesn't depend on the residence where the house is located. Well-kept and clean residence and above all peaceful and peaceful. Good location also to reach the beaches to the south and Reggio Calabria. Nice garden around the house, equipped for outdoor dining. My stay at the bungalow was simply wonderful. The place is very modern, comfortable and was spotless. The whole environment is a real garden. There are flowers, well-kept grass, animals and a connection with nature that invites you to rest. The views are beautiful, especially the sunset that can be seen in total tranquility from the pool, for example, which is in a closed area so you can enjoy it at any time of day. The location is excellent, very close to the airport, just 10 minutes away, and getting there is easy because it is well signposted. In addition, the host was very friendly and helpful at all times, which made the experience even better. Ideal for those looking for a quiet place, surrounded by greenery and with all the amenities. I highly recommend it!

Villa del Conte in Drapia Tropea has a view that is fabulous, so breathtaking. It's so serene and peaceful staying in. Marcello is so warm, hospitable, receptive, friendly and took time to talk to us as he visits daily. Easy access to train station and Tropea town as is. We met friends whose very satisfied with their stay (and come back vacationers ) Our stay is so far - par Excellence. Our room is clean, spacious ,has a great balcony view of the sunset, mountains, coastline & Tropea town. We had a very nice time. Alex and Julia's place exceeded our expectations! Clean and comfortably furnished. There was nothing missing. Up on the roof terrace, we had a great view of the sea and the mountains. We highly recommend the accommodation with the great location and would be happy to come back!

Very well equipped house, spacious, with terrace, garden (common) and private parking in front of the house. Maximum availability and courtesy of the host (Valeria). There is no direct access to the sea but within walking distance are the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Dei. e.g. remember to bring or buy kitchen and bathroom essentials (salt, oil, detergent, foam bath, etc. , which are not available)

Andrea and his family are very helpful and communication was very good! The furnishings are simple but functional and quite in line with the description and pictures. In fact, the location and the views are exceptional!!! Actually, you hardly have to leave the accommodation, because the sea is literally at your feet. For us, a very relaxing and beautiful getaway. Therefore 5 stars 🌟

A fantastic place to go on vacation. Everything you need for 6 people is available in the house. Plenty of space and you feel at home within minutes. You need a car to explore the surrounding area, but there is plenty of space on the property for large cars. We didn't want to leave and can definitely imagine coming back - if only to admire the future pool (which was still missing this time for the full 5-star rating - but is probably in the works).

Adriano's apartment is already overwhelmed by its location: views of the isola madre from the bedroom, beautiful terrace overlooking the end of the two beaches, beautiful sunsets...Sometimes we had to tear ourselves away to go to the town or to the beach. In the apartment we had everything we needed. Adriano was super nice: since our train was very late, he picked us up directly at the station and carried my heavy suitcase down to the apartment. Otherwise, I received an immediate response whenever I had any questions and he booked the taxi for us. We highly recommend the apartment and Adrianos kindness!

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

We as a group, of 8 people were positively surprised how beautiful the place was. Everything was clean and beautifully bright. You had a wonderful view from the conservatory to the sea. The location was great, it is not far to the train station ( walking distance about 5 min). Communication was straightforward. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much.

Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Caterina apartment is better than in the photos, the house is full of details and the locations is perfect with a parking space close and also near restorants and activities but with privacy, also the view was amazing. We will definitely come back!

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Everything was great Francesco is very friendly and we thank you for his hospitality. Due to the location of the apartment, the hotspots such as Tropea Capo Vaticano are easily accessible.

Monia was an attentive and helpful host. The stay was clean and well presented, and in the perfect location to explore the historic old town and beautiful beaches!

We were glad to find Antonio’s place at the last moment. The place felt right at home. Exactly what we wanted. A peaceful place to stay with nature. The place has a sea view over the olive trees. Parking is on site with plenty of space. Train station is within walking distance (a plus). Antonio was very responsive and let us in the apartment earlier than we expected. Grazie mille Antonio! We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Thank you, Francesca, for a lovely stay in Calabria :)

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Bivongi is probably a place I would not have visited if I had not found this apartment, it was worth it.

I stayed in this house during a mini-vacation in Tropea and I really enjoyed myself. The house is well-equipped, clean and perfectly reflects what is described in the listing. It is in a quiet area, slightly outside the center, surrounded by greenery, which makes it perfect for those looking for a little relaxation. In about 10 minutes by car you can easily reach the center of Tropea and the beaches. The host was always very kind, helpful and responsive to any needs or information. I highly recommend this place!
