Very well located apartment, inside a condominium, well wooded, a lot of space for indoor parking, with super organized entrance. The apartment is a little old but very well cared for. The air conditioning is window, which causes a bit of noise compared to the split, but it works well, which is important in Ribeirão Preto.

The apartment was as described, matches the images. Very comfortable. We were unlucky that the shower broke down during our stay, but the issue was resolved. Many comment on the tight garage, but it is nothing out of the ordinary for apartments, and they are also rotating vacancies annually so possibly when you read this review the vacancy of his apartment will already be in another location.
