very good accommodation to rest after a very nice hike. Restaurants within walking distance, with Capverdian atmosphere. Everything is there! Breakfast served at 6:30 am to have the shared taxi at 7am at the foot of the house, Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay in an extremely beautiful place. The house has a nice yard. From our window we had a wonderful view of the coast and the Sao Antao mountains, as well as the neighboring island of Sao Vicence.

The accommodation is ideally located by the sea, very quiet, it feels good. Anny was as pleasant as could be and we can never thank her enough for her kind advice. The couple working for the house also perfectly represents Cape Verdean kindness and humility. I only have one desire, which is to go back because one night is too short to appreciate the place. Unforgettable stay in this lovely haven. The beautiful house is located by the sea with a lovely pool as in the photos. Not only the house and very pleasant but Anny is a very welcoming person, in sharing and human experience. She also has a good network/knowledge and a small team to make the stay easier (drivers to take you and pick you up from the departure/arrival points of the different hikes; evening meals prepared by Isa, Verdian cape for a maudique sum and excellent, much better than at the restaurant). I travel a lot and can assure you that I have rarely met such hospitality and this range of service without forcing. I leave with great memories and new friends! Thank you again!

The accommodation is impeccable and very pleasant. Being outside the city it is an extremely peaceful place. Don't worry about getting there, all taxis know the address and drop you off there for a very reasonable rate. Very good hosting from others, thank you to them! I recommend 100%!

Nice room, with a beautiful view over the valley to wake up to and start magnificient walks from. Jose & Belen are super helpful, and provided us with the best tips and routes. Food is excellent as well. 100/100!

Highlights: Unusual and exotic place. The staff is very careful for you. Breakfast is included and very good and varied. The view of the ocean is breathtaking! The evening meal is great and hearty! Things to improve: The address you provided is incorrect. We went to Ponta do sol as indicated on the listing while the place is in Cruzinha. Without a response from the host, we found thanks to Booking and locals in Ponta do Sol who were very nice and helpful. The pool is not sufficiently maintained but the owner has ordered all the necessary equipment (pumps...) to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Inquire before. Guests were still swimming. The owner is very nice. Please note that there have been 2 listings on Airbnb with 2 different rates.

Sissi and her family accommodated us with a welcoming smile. The room has an adjacent bathroom and a breakfast was included in the price. We were given local recommendations. Perfect starting point (or stopping point) for the Fountainhas - Cruzinha coastal hiking route. Good local restaurants with life music.

Good stay, quiet and peaceful environment

This is the perfect place for hiking in the area ! Helder welcomed us with open arms: local tips and good breakfasts. He even organized for a bus to take us back to the ferry. The location is great: you can walk to Ribeira Grande center in 5 minutes, for the restaurant and markets. This is also the place where you can catch the public buses for the hiking spots.
