Casa das Dias is a 1-bedroom house located in the historical center of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. Welcome to QUINTA DO PASSO - The Fountain House! QUINTA DO PASSO is a cozy, modern space located in the Ribeira Grande city center. With a unique decor, guests can enjoy a villa equipped with air-conditioning, internet, smart TV, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a hairdryer and private outdoor area. The common areas are properly sized for the capacity of the farm with private parking, swimming pool and living area.

Big house with 1 suite, 3 bed rooms, 3 WC (one for the suite, 1 shared for the 3 bed rooms and 1 common), there is also a kitchen, living room and swimming pool outside. It's located on the center of S. Miguel Island, near "everything". Great house for familys and groups. We're making constant improvements and we are remodeling all the surrounding space of the house to provide better contact with nature and plants.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.

The getaway

The Refuge is located in Água de Alto, Vila Franca Do Campo, 350 meters from Água D'Alto beach, Grande. Rustic House, typical Azorean house from the 70s/90s, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and fully equipped kitchen with free Wi-Fi access. The refuge has a great outdoor space where you can enjoy our barbecue, terrace and our green spaces

Casa da Loja

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Central location for the whole island, very close to beaches and bathing accesses, as well as the best restaurants on the island. All guests will be sent the humble and interesting history of this space, which has served the local community for many years.
