Recently renovated, comfortable and clean accommodation. Central and very well communicated. Commercial environment with daytime activity, at night it is quiet. Alba was very attentive and made everything easy, both at check-in and when leaving the apartment. Quick to respond and friendly. We followed his recommendations to the letter and everything was perfect. As it is a pedestrian environment, you can park nearby both on the pier and on the upper roundabout. It does not have an elevator. Full linens. There is no dishwasher. For a family visit to Ribadesella, this apartment is highly recommended. Thank you for your kind.

Josefina was the sweetest host, very thoughtful and responsive. She even got a gift for our little girl and had treats for us at the apt. She was very attentive to all of our family needs. The apartment is ideally located in the center of La Villa, walking distance to the best restaurants, bars and shops. We had an amazing time here. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful town. Isabel was a wonderful host, facilitating an earlier check-in and responding to messages very quickly. There were no issues with the appartment though I (incorrectly) thought one of the showers was broken. Isabel very kindly came round immediately to show us how it worked. Couldn't recommend the property and town highly enough!

The room was very clean, it had utensils of all kinds, the bed and mattress were very comfortable, parking area right outside the door of the house. Close to the center, if I have to say one thing, I'll say that to get to the house there's a hill, but it's easy to get there. Super friendly and helpful hostess. I recommend it to everyone.
