wunderbare Lage. Traumhafte Aussicht über Playa de Salinas. Das grosse Bett ist sehr gut.Bad und Dusche ebenfalls. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Allerdings sind der Geschirrspüler und der Toaster in dieJahre gekommen und arbeiten nicht mehr gut. Die beiden Bratpfannen sollten ausgewechselt werden. Die Receptionistin hat uns beim Einchecken sehr geholfen, sonst wäre es eher mühsam gewesen. Das Auto lässt sich vor dem Hause sehr gut parkieren.Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

El apartamento de David nos pareció muy agradable, limpio, tranquilo y excelentemente equipado. Todo muy cómodo. No nos faltó de nada. David se mostró muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo.

Estancia muy buena, con muy buena localización y aparcamiento cerca, el pueblo tiene de todo y se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio.

This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

Wunderschöner Ort, Nahe am Wasser und an den Klippen gelegen. Kleine, gemütliche Maisonette- Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung/zu Fuß erreichbar. Carlos hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Gracies!

Benigno deed ons meteen helemaal thuis voelen. Hij was attent en gaf ons advies over de streek. De communicatie verliep vlekkeloos en Benigno schoot ons steeds te hulp wanneer we vragen hadden. Een absolute aanrader!

Hemos pasado 3 días en la casa. Tiene todas las comodidades para tener una buena estancia. Cerca de la playa y centro de la ciudad, además tiene un centro comercial a 10 min andando. María estuvo disponible en cada momento, nos recomendó lugares, y fue muy amable . Volveremos seguro !! :) Gracias María !!

Bel appartement très bien situé pour visiter la ville de Gijon à pied. Belle vue sur la baie avec le premier soir un superbe coucher de soleil. Parking payant à proximité très apprécié et compris dans la location. Hôte à disposition pour tout renseignement.

El alojamiento ha sido estupendo, mejor que lo descrito en el anuncio, la zona tranquila para poder pasear con el perrete, la casa tenía todo lo necesario para una semana, tiene buen ubicación, Paola muy atenta y rápida ante cualquier consulta. Como única recomendación, cambiar las camas de la habitación doble, el resto perfecto y el jardín muy agradable para descansar y disfrutar en el.

Casa en zona tranquila, había un poco de humedad, pero la casa tenía deshumidificador para utilizarlo si era necesario. Cubrió las expectativas y Julio Antonio se comunico de forma amable y fluida durante toda la estancia

Maison très agréable et parfaitement équipée pour des vacances en famille. Il ne manquait rien ! Tout est en parfait état et très joli. Une maison parfaitement située pour découvrir les plages des asturies et faire de belles randonnées . Nacho est très accueillant et la communication était facile . Je recommande ++++

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

Manuel y María fueron unos huéspedes super majos, atentos en todo momento. La casa y los alrededores son tal cual se ven en las fotos 💯 Eso sí, quizás para el acceso a la zona residencial necesitéis tener un poco de experiencia en curvas de montaña 🏔️ La zona preciosa, perfecta para desconectar ✨ el paisaje verde increíble! La casa tenía de todo, super cómoda, especialmente las camas. Nos encantó poder disfrutar de sus burros y el sonido de otros animales de alrededor

Casa Mar es el lugar perfecto para ir con niños. La casa está totalmente preparada para familias: tiene juegos, espacio para que los peques disfruten y Clara nos puso todas las facilidades —trona, cuna, barrera para la cama... ¡un lujo! La ubicación es fantástica: se puede ir dando un paseo a la playa de Guilpilluri o de La Huelga, ideal para disfrutar en familia sin necesidad de coche. Además, al estar tan cerca de la autovía pudimos hacer un montón de excursiones y conocer los alrededores sin perder tiempo en trayectos largos. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Prachtig appartement, heel nieuw, ruim. Helemaal geen last van omgevings geluid. Prima bed en heerlijke douche. Keuken volledig ingericht. En een lekker balkon!! En Fernando was erg service gericht.

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze, confortevole, spazioso, ben equipaggiato, pulito ed in ordine. Posto auto nello stabile comodo e con facile accesso all’ascensore interno. I nostri bambini hanno apprezzato molto la cameretta fornita di alcuni giochi. Host gentile, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Utilissimi i consigli per visitare la regione e per i pasti. Luanco è un paese costiero molto carino e comodo come base per esplorare la regione.

Мы жили в квартире около месяца, за это время смогли оценить по достоинству как само жилье, так и замечательный Llanes. Квартира в новом доме, есть удобный паркинг, подходящий для SUV, есть бассейн, но мы им не пользовались. Кухня оборудована всей необходимой бытовой техникой для комфортного приготовления блюд, а также легка в уборке. Кровать с удобным матрасом. Интернет быстрый. Единственный маленький недостаток для нас, поскольку мы работали из дома, - рабочее место было только за кухонным столом. Но в целом соотношение цена-качество превосходное, мы остались очень довольны своим выбором.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.
