It is all open plan apart from the bathrooms so please bear in mind not much privacy is offered. On the ground floor is the hallway that leads to a large and open space, where there is: the living room with a fireplace, smart TV, chaise longue sofa, the dining room and the kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with their bathrooms. From this floor you can access the terrace and the large garden where the private pool and jacuzzi are located.

I rent a fully independent house, with a way down to the beach and parking at the property itself. The property's location is a very quiet area surrounded by two beaches, a large one that is Miño and a smaller one that is Lago. Less than 2km away is also Perbes beach. 3 km from the house is the village of Miño, which has all amenities. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants serving typical food from the area. The golf course is 1 km away.

Coenga Chapel

Old chapel restored as a home in one of the most emblematic estates for making Ribeiro wine. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century. The chapel dedicated to Santiago, along with the manor house, belonged to the Cabildo De Santiago, which personally exploited it due to its wealth in the production of the highly valued Ribeiro wine.
